Magnificent apartment on the 3rd floor with lift in the ALTURA Residence, facing full south with view of the slopes. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and an open bedroom with 2 small beds in 90x140, a sofa bed that sleeps 2 in 1 (in 2X80x190 or 160x190). Possibility of renting parking spaces in the residence's basement.

Furnished in a "mountain" style, perfectly equipped, the apartment is located in a recent residence with lift, WIFI, at the foot of the Rombière and Font d'Alagnon slopes (approximately 200 metres). You will find a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker and Tassimo coffee maker/washing machine, kettle, toaster, citrus press... but no dishwasher). A raclette appliance is also present. This accommodation also has a shower room with its toilet and a separate toilet.

You will enjoy all the comfort of a new apartment, perfectly oriented full South, facing the forest, summer and winter. Numerous hiking trail and mountain bike path departures will be available to you. The absolute calm of this station sector is a strong point that will allow you to spend very pleasant holidays.

Non-smoking accommodation; animals accepted with a supplement of 35 euros and free collective WIFI connection.

45 euros of agency file fees are to be expected.

Idéalement situé, facile d'accès. Il faudra cependant prendre la voiture pour vous rendre à l'épicerie et au centre de la station si la neige est absente. L'accès aux pistes reste cependant direct à pied. Hors un lave vaisselle absent, l'équipement de l'appartement en electromenager est très complet. -Equiper l'appartement d'un lave-vaisselle - Installer des devidoirs à papier wc. - Avoir un outil adapté pour pouvoir faire les vitres extérieures. - Intaller une penderie sous l'escalier
