My name is Dawn and my husband Bryan sold our large home with all the belongings and moved into our 500 sq ft Western Cottage home that we built-in 2015. Our life-altering choices made sense to us because we wanted a simpler life. Our rewarding careers as medical administrators for over 30 years combined gave us so much joy, but we were ready for a change. We retired soon after our move and discovered our passion was designing and building more homes!
We are in the process of converting 6 warehouses into nice sized 1 bedroom loft homes. Hard work, dedication, lots of budgeting we are living life to the fullest in a small way! Every home we have listed has been uniquely built in a Cozy way.
Short term leases no shorter than 30 days or longer than 90 days!
