We booked a very last minute trip on a football weekend and were pleasantly surprised to lick into a great stay. This unit had a very comfortable bed and many small touches that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is very convenient to Texas Tech.

The house was very clean! The host was very responsive and very helpful! We did not use the hot tub. We were there to visit family in town, so we didn't visit the shops nearby. We really appreciated the locks and the comfortable and quiet bed and plenty of towels and clean shower! No complaints whatsoever! It's a great place to 1-3 people. We would stay here again!

The triplex was awesome. No issues with that, however we stayed in the only one that we had to walk down an alley for hot tub access. Not ideal for single women. The neighborhood is also not the best I had to call the cops on a disturbance in the street in front of us.

Hi mark! Im sorry for your experience, I wish I had known. The neighbors directly across the street were recently evicted and now we have new owners there who have also made the house look nice, so thankful they wont be causing any further issues. Yes, this unit does state that path to hot tub is via sidewalk, around garage, which is the only way we could allow for access because there is no private back yard/door for this unit. So glad you used hot tub and enjoyed our triplex!
