Note that tourist tax is included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 70 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 7 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros per person to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
Pets can be accepted on request and for an additional fee at the price of 10€ .
