Character building of the 15th century completely renovated, with 2 cottages U FILANCIU and A CAPPELLINA all comforts, possibility to rent the two houses. 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches, great hikes in the area.

The accommodation has: air conditioning, bed 160 and sofa bed 140 new equipment, satellite tv and wifi, Blu-ray player, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, electric oven, fridge + freezer with drawers, micro- wave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, the large terrace is equipped with a living room and dining area

Craftsman in love with old buildings I completely renovated this house respecting the old materials.
My rates would be supposedly slightly more expensive than average but given the benefits and qualities of the materials in all modesty must be compared with what is comparable, you choose

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben in einer fantastischen Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen dürfen. Die Wohnung war mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Das Highlight war der Balkon von dem man den Ausblick in die Berge genießen konnte. Trotz das wir kein französisch verstanden habe, haben wir mit dem Gastgeber Marco blendend über WhatsApp und Translate verstanden. 😉Unser Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps und dennoch nicht aufdringlich. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und danken Marco dafür. Ina & Uwe

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Marco, il est très prévenant, sympathique et attentif à ce que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Quant au logement parfait, superbe vue depuis la terrasse, bien équipée idéale pour 2 personnes. Je recommanderais vivement ce gîte à des amis

Authentic and quiet with amazing views

We enjoyed watching red kites hunting over the village and preparing dinner in the well equipped kitchen. It's the perfect quiet hideaway but also close to amazing beaches, and charming coastal villages.

Calme et belle vue

Deux gîtes sont proposés. L'un étant bien moins confortable et spacieux que l'autre il eut été judicieux de proposer un tarif différent. Sinon hôte très sympathique et serviable.
