Looking for a spacious apartment with exceptional views and direct garden access to relax on the west coast of Corsica? Family Cross welcomes you to their new home - "Chez Janosch" for this holiday.
Our house is located in the small tranquil village of Santa Reparata di Balagne near Ile Rousse. The house is located directly on a small ridge overlooking the town of Ile Rousse, the coast and the impressive mountains in the hinterland. In the valley lies an idyllic drinking water lake.
In just ten-fifteen minutes you can reach Ile Rousse and the adjacent white sand beaches with crystal clear, turquoise water. Other beaches are easily accessible by car. One of Europe's most beautiful coasts awaits you and lures you to linger.
In the village of Santa Reparata di Balagne you will find restaurants, bars and a small supermarket with fresh pastries and a butcher. In Ile Rousse you will find various supermarkets, cafés, bars, boutiques and other shops as well as a market hall.
Our apartment "Chez Janosch" with about 60 square meters of living space can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has a large kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven and a cozy sitting area. The kitchen is fully furnished.
The apartment has a fully furnished double bedroom, a large living room with fireplace and a pull-out sofa bed, and a fantastic garden terrace that will make any stay a great experience. The view from the terrace towards the sea, harbor and Ile Rousse is overwhelming. Overall, the apartment has a shower room with separate bath and integrated toilet.
The apartment is newly renovated and newly furnished. It has satellite TV with German, French and Italian channels. Wi-Fi is available as well.

Fresh linen and towels are provided. (weekly laundry service)
You can enjoy breakfast after prior registration and extra charge in the adjacent hotel "La Santa". On site our caretaker will be happy to help you.

Parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers directly opposite on the church square.

Space, sea view and calmness

Very nice and spacious appartment with beautiful sea view from the balcony and the pool site. So we do not speak any French as the appartments caretaker only do check-in and introduction of the appartment was a bit challanging but therefore fast and detailed enough about everthing we need to know. Breakfast is available at the hotel next to the appartment and is absolutly recommended and effortable. Me and my family enjoyed our stay very much...

Rustic Charm & Great Views

It's a beautifully repurposed space with great charm. Well furnished and kitted out for self catering. The waterfall pool with stunning views over Ille Rouse is special. The unit has a dedicated patio that provides these views. Owners provide detail info on unit and area in several languages. The onsite manager is super friendly and obliging. The driveway to the private parking area is a challenge, a car being a necessary requirement, as you are 5km down to the town.

Great location, very peaceful

This property is located underneath the Santa Hotel and as such you have access to their lovely swimming pool and restaurant. We found it suited our needs very well with just a couple of minor niggles. The washing machine appears shared with the other apartment, but this did not affect us at all. The front door opens onto the bedroom. The bathroom is huge, but with a tiny shower that did leak. We found the pillows were probably In need of replacing, but all the sheets and towels supplied were clean. Lovely little terrace at the front with fantastic views. Take mosquito repellent in summer, there are quite a few and we bought a candle repellent for outside. All in all super place.

Sehr schöner Pool, aber die Sauberkeit der FEWO ist leider nicht so gut. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir zuerst einmal die verdreckte Toilette putzen. Wer Wert auf einen Bezug der Bettdecke legt, sollte ihn selber mitbringen, wir hatten nur jeweils einen Kissenbezug und ein Leintuch, die Bettdecke mussten wir ohne Bezug verwenden.Noch ein Hinweis zum Staubsauger in der EG-FEWO:Vorsicht bei der Benutzung, das Zuleitungskabel ist an einer Stelle so beschädigt, dass man schon das blanke Kupfer an den Stromkabeln erkennen kann, da die Ummantelung komplett abgeschabt ist.Ich habe den Vermieter schriftlich darauf hingewiesen, sogar mit Foto, aber leider keine Reaktion erhalten.Unser Aufenthalt war aber trotz den o.g. Mängeln wunderbar, und wir kommen bestimmt bald mal wieder nach Korsika.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage mit super Aussicht aufs Meer

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 10 min. von Lìlle Rousse entfernt. Check-in war etwas kompliziert, da man die angegebene Adresse nicht ohne Weiteres findet. An der Stellle befinden sich zwei Hotels/Pensionen, die aber auch mit der Adresse, dem Namen des FeWo-Eigentümers und den Fotos des Objektes nichts anfangen konnten. Erst nach einer Weile kam uns jemand an der Straße entgegen, der sich als Verwalter des Objektes vorstellte. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die FeWo unterhalb der genannten Hotels liegt und mit diesen den (sehr schönen!) Pool teilt. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und in den Hang hinein gebaut. Das trägt zu einer schönen kühlen Atmosphäre aber auch zu einem Gefühl von Feuchtigkeit bei. Das Badezimmer ist komplett ohne Fenster. Insgesamt waren wir sehr mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden und konnten auch direkt von der Wohnung aus schöne Wanderungen unternehmen (z.B. San Antonio). Der Parkplatz vor der Wohnung ist nicht so leicht zugänglich. Da muss man einige Male rangieren. Etwas irritierend fanden wir, dass beim Check-Out bemängelt wurde, dass wir unsere Müllsäcke nicht entsorgt hätten. Wir hatten ja Endreinigung bezahlt und waren davon ausgegangen, dass auch Müllentsorgung entalten sein sollte. Es gab in der Wohnung keinerlei Hinweis darauf, dass man den Müll selbst entsorgen müsste. Es gibt auch in unmittelbarer Nähe keine Mülltonnen. Der Verwalter meinte, man hätte das irgendwohin fahren müssen. Er wollte etwas Geld von uns. Ok - sollte man aber vorher wissen.

Tolles Appartement

Sehr schön gelegen oberhalb von Lille Rousse, daher ein Auto nötig. Der Blick von der Terrasse war ein Traum, der Pool ist sehr entspannend und wenig besucht. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna

Wir waren im August 2024 mit unseren beiden sechsjährigen Kindern für vier Tage in dieser traumhaft gelegenen Ferienwohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung bietet auch für eine vierköpfige Familie viel Platz, die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Töpfen und Pfannen ausgestattet und die Schränke und Ablageflächen sind mehr als ausreichend für Alles was verstaut werden muss. Es stehen dem Gast ein Gasgrill auf der schönen Terrasse (die einen herrlichen Blick über den Infinity-Pool auf Stadt und Hafen von L'île-Rousse bietet) und eine kostenlose Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist vorhanden. Extra hervorzuheben ist bei dieser Ferienwohnung, dass ein Verwalter im gleichen Haus wohnt, der alle Fragen und Anliegen umgehend und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bel appartement avec marge de progression

La vue est fantastique. La piscine est très jolie, propre et agréable. L'appartment est spacieux. Malheureusement, l'appartement sent un peu la moisi et il y avait même de la moisi sur quelques éléments (par exemple dans la cuisine). Il y avait également des toiles d'araignée dans l'appartement (par exemple dans les coins et dans les angles des fenêtres). Dans la chambre, on entend bien les bruits du restaurant (conversations des clients et des employés, apparails). La connexion à l'internet dans l'appartement est trop lent. On n'arrive même pas à accéder ses emails ce qui est gênant pour ceux qui n'ont pas d'abo français. Alors oui, c'est un joli appartement, mais il y a des points à améliorer.

Toller Urlaub

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Highlight ist sicherlich der Infinity Pool mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!

Points forts : -Situation géographique, proche de l'île rousse, vue magnifique -logement qui doit être très frais l'été -Gentillesse de la personne qui accueille Points faibles : -lit de 160 mais linge de lit non adapté (2 couettes de 90 🤔 pas très pratique) -matelas hyper dur et oreillers beaucoup trop gros et trop durs également -pas de lave vaisselle pourtant figure sur l'annonce -un aspirateur et surtout un micro ondes seraient un plus -lave linge à fuire, joint refait au silicone et rempli de poils et cheveux -menage moyen (toile d'araignée et poussière dans les coins des pièces) -douche trop petite pour l'immense sale de bain

Corsica Vacation

Die Ferienwohnung sowie das ganze Objekt liegen sehr schön, wenn auch einige Autominuten von L‘Ile Rousse entfernt. Die Location mit dem Pool ist traumhaft - kann man sehr gut zum Entspannen nutzen. Kleiner Geheimtipp ist das Restaurant im Hotel. Zurück zur Ferienwohnung. Soweit war alles in Ordnung und sauber (von ein paar Spinnweben an den Fenstern mal abgesehen). Der Hausmeister war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko war tatsächlich ein unerfreuliches Ereignis. Nachdem es stark geregnet hat, ist die Trockenbaudecke aufgrund eines undichten Daches eingestürzt. Zum Glück waren wir nicht darunter als dies passiert ist. Ein nettes Wort der Entschuldigung vom Vermieter hätte uns gefreut, aber das kam nur vom sichtlich peinlich berührten Hausmeister der uns geholfen hat sauber zu machen. In Summa zu empfehlen - wenn es nicht stark regnet.

Schöne Aussicht

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Teenagern da. Das war schon ein bisschen eng, aber das wussten wir ja....Die Wohnung liegt wie beschrieben am Berg zu ebener Erde nach hinten raus, so dass es nur zu einer Seite hin Licht und Fenster gibt. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine kleine Terasse mit Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Haus. Die Lage mit Meerblick ist supertoll und der Pool direkt vor der Haustür natürlich unschlagbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Appartement mit traumhaften Blick über Ile Rousse

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem sehr gepflegtem Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Hervorzuheben ist der Infinitypool mit Blick zum Hafen von Ile Rousse. Der Mitarbeiter des Appartements Mohammed war immer freundlich und unterstützte uns bei Fragen. Sehr empfehlenswert

Schöne Ferienwohnung - leider im schlecht belüteten Keller

Allgemein war unser Aufenthalt schön. Die Unterkunft und die Lage wunderbar. Wir hatten leider die Kellerwohnung. Das Bad war schlecht belüftet. Trotz stänigem Lüften bei Tag und Nacht der gesamten Wohnung bekamen wir den moderigen Kellergeruch nicht weg. Die Kleider in den Schränken namen den Geruch ebenfalls an. Empfehlung an den Vermieter: - Austrocknung der Wohnung und Schränke - Anbringen von Lüfter im Bad und Wohnung Schade - es hätten 10 Punkte sien können!

Emplacement idéal avec vue imprenable sur l'Île Rousse

Idéalement placé pour pouvoir rayonner dans la région, l'appartement est spacieux avec une climatisation appréciée. La piscine à débordement ajoute un plus à la vue incroyable. La propreté est exemplaire et le personnel toujours très aimable et souriant.
