Welcome to Florida’s Yacht capital of the World. Enjoy this cozy 1 bed 2 baths unit featuring central a/c, stainless steel appliances and more which had been tastefully decorated and fully furnished with a modern-chic vibe for your enjoyment. It is conveniently located within 10 mins from the airport, Cruise Port, famous Las Olas Blvd, restaurants, nightlife and beautiful Ft Lauderdale beaches or by just enjoying peace of mind by the pool.

Absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed in the unit or pool area.

Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, silverware, utensils such as whisker, can opener, measuring cups, cutting boards, food storage containers.
Coffee maker, toaster.
Salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee.

Living room offers a comfortable sofa bed. Roku TV, streaming channels with free movies. Private bathroom, rainfall shower, shampoo, soap.

Queen size bed, big dresser to store all your belongings, also a good size closet with a safe to store your important documents, iron, first aid kit.

Master bathroom, rainfall shower, offering start up essentials.

Relax under an umbrella next to the pool. Pool is shared with other guests staying at the property.

Conveniently located near Riverwalk offering awesome restaurants such us La Bonne Crepe, Vinos, Wild Sea Oyster Bar & Grill, Casa Sensei, etc.
5 minutes away from Galleria Mall. 15 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport. 10 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Uber or Lyft is the easiest and fastest way to get to our place from the airport and the cost is around $15 -$20 one way. Public transportation is available at walking distance at Sunrise Blvd, it can take you to the beach.

Bedroom does not have a door to separate from the living room area.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.

Please clean up after yourself if using common areas.

No guns/weapons/illegal substances.

Assigned parking space, strictly enforced.

Guests must be those listed on Airbnb reservations. You may not book for another person.

Our stay was short but nothing less than amazing. The host was super responsive and very kind. The location is super close to the beach and just a stones throw away from excellent restaurants. When we come we definitely will stay here again!

It is a great place from which to explore Fort Lauderdale. Rooms are comfortable, but the pillows and bedding could use an update. The code-lock on the main door can be a bit troublesome. Walk to the grocery store, pub, or IHop, easy Uber anywhere else. Nice, quiet neighbourhood.

Fantastic property, strongly recommend

This small home was a lovely place to have a relaxing vacation in Florida. A few days before I had to change from the unit next door to the one I stayed in, but the host communicated clearly and made this very easy. The home has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing holiday. I had a car, so everything was well within a short drive. I would definitely recommend this as a great place for singles or couples.

Nice place for a short term stay

Located close to restaurants, stores and beach. Very clean and good communication with host and I like that you can assign the door code prior to arrival. It is small with very tiny bathrooms and the kitchen really has no counter space to prepare foods but I mostly ate out or microwaved food. Nice size bedroom with plenty of storage but the living room had minimal seating with only a small loveseat sleep sofa. The unheated pool was right outside your back door with a couple of lounge chairs. This is a good rental for a one or two night stay.

great stay for spring break!!

we had a great time here! basically had a whole pool to ourselves, the area was very quiet and safe. grocery and liquor store was walking distance and the bars/clubs were minutes away. the beach was also very close, and ubers in the area are cheap. the space was very clean, and perfect for 4 people. my only complaint was the size of the bathroom sinks, doing anything would get water everywhere because they were so small. the showers also overflowed no matter how long you were in there, so we had to put many towels down on the bathroom floors. besides that, the space was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. would definitely recommend.

Stay too short !

What a wonderful surprise! The place is above all expectations. It feels like home: the place is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The residence is very well located (only 5 minutes from the ocean in a quiet and safe area). The welcome is cordial and the representatives ensure that everything is perfect. It feels like having a pool just for us in our own backyard. We highly recommend this fully equipped apartment for an unbeatable price. We will definitely come back for longer stay. Merci beaucoup !

Has so much potential

Although this unit had many qualities such as good quality items, quick exchanges via VRBO with landlord, well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and easy check-in & out; the listing includes a quiet rule overnight that does not seem to be enforced, as we didn't sleep for most nights of our stay due to renters' loudness in the unit next to us, despite communication of this issue from the beginning of our stay. Unfortunately, this had consequences for us being able to enjoy our stay. To improve renters' experience in the future, please enforce the rules for quiet or consider better soundproofing between units. Thank you.
