Beautiful location, clean and well stocked home, and very responsive host! If you need a large place in Lake Delton, or even just some peace and quiet, this is the one.

Check-in & kitchen were fine. House itself was clean but a lot older & more of a throw-back to the '50s than expected. Yard & access to the water were best part. Catching first fish from the pier was highlight of the vacation.
Place was great! We had a group of 9 and had plenty of room for everyone. We ate out on the deck and had a fire every night. House is dated but very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
We had several families staying together, and this house was well-suited for that. Loved the location, the house, and the kids loved the basement with the arcade machines. Host Chad was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!
Very nice cabin for a large group (5 couples); each couple got their own bedroom, and there were multiple spaces both inside and outside where all could gather. Located on the river, close to pontoon rental which made loading up the boat on the private dock easy, and then only a short ride out onto Lake Delton. The kitchen was well stocked, there was a grill, and a very nice fire pit. A wonderful spot for a long weekend!
The place we were supposed to stay at suddenly canceled and the owners of this house were very accommodating. Clean, comfy beds, great deck and fire pit and access to water. Super outdated but clean and had what we needed for a comfortable stay! Thank you!!
Great location with good access to everything! Great patio and nice access to the lake. Would be nice if there was a few more towels and other miscellaneous items you need. No A/C in basement so it can get warm down there. Overall worked good for our group.
10 of us visited the Lake Delton house to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. The house was immaculate and a perfect home for little kids. There are quite a bit of rules in terms of keeping the house clean which at first seemed excessive but you soon realize that the rules really help keep the house incredibly clean. Carpets were spotless, etc.
Location was excellent and we spent a ton of time fishing off the dock. We caught bluegill, bass, striper, crappie, catfish, carp, perch and a stray sucker over three days.
It was a great trip and we’re already thinking about next year!

Great for families
This was a great home--we had a family reunion with my family of four, my grandmother age 87, my aunt, my parents, and my sister with her son (10 persons in all)! The house was clean, well stocked (Kitchen had coffee maker, stove, dishes, cooking goods, etc), even had a lot of outdoor/lawn toys for the kiddos, and sat on a beautiful landscape. The pictures don't do the view justice, but also don't show all of the stairs (my 87 year old grandmother did struggle with the stairs inside the house, as well as outside). Still, we had a great time and would highly recommend!
The house is a well-kept vacation home in a nice area. It is well furnished with 5 beds & 2 full baths, a kitchen fully furnished, a dining area & sitting room w a TV. There's also a TV and sitting area in the basement along with 2 of the BR's & bath. The yard is good-sized. It has a nice deck area, mult-level that is well lit. 3 cars can park in the driveway. Access to the lake, which is not the main lake but a channel, is 53 steps down to a dock. You can't swim in this area. The kitchen is small with the fridge opposite the dishwasher. The beds are mostly queen-size, which isnice, but there isn't much room for anything else. There's a weber grille, but no charcoal. The biggest concern is with the fines that will be assessed for a multitude of reasons, like not putting the trash on the curb on Tuesday, not putting dirty towels in the bathroom, not starting the dishwasher when you leave, sweeping the floor and about 10 other things to do. The fines range from $5 to$250! That was not provided in the Vrbo agreement. In review, our stay was pleasant. It met our basic needs, was comfortable, & clean. No real access to the lake or even on the main lake, and the rules, were the biggest drawback.
The property was great! So much room. One family could stay downstairs (2 bedrooms, full bathroom, TV, couches and games!) and have some privacy. The decks, fire pit and picnic/patio tables/chairs made the outdoors so pleasant, We ate outside most nights. We came home to see 3 deer eating apples in the yard. The grandkids loved it! It is close to everything. Loved it!
We had a wonderful time at the lake house. The check-in process was smooth, communication was quick and easy. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have ever needed and more. Will definitely be back!
Great sized property for 2 families, 10 people. Boat launch is located just a few doors down. Excellent location for all Dells tourist attractions! Beautiful view from each deck!
Chad was VERY responsive and accommodating when we had any issues or questions. The house was perfect for our group- 2 families of four with kids 7-12 and one Grandma. Adults had bedrooms in the upper/main level and kids slept either in a lower level bedroom & pull-out couch or upper level couch. Lower level has an arcade game, air hockey, & TV. We loved the outside deck, dock, & access right to the lake. It's a 5 minute walk to Dell's watwrsports to rent pontoon boats, jet skis, & kayaks and bring right back to the house's dock. Also plenty of noodles for just relaxing in the water. He has plenty of plates &, kitchen stuff, though we ordered out mostly. Only about 10 minutes from all the fun Dell's stuff & grocery store.
Everyone from the teenagers to the grandmother enjoyed staying in this house. It had everything we needed and lots of other things that we enjoyed (movies). We needed to stay much longer to be able to take full advantage of the amenities.
The runners loved running in the neighborhood, which became where they also went for the water park. Sleepers had plenty of beds. Eaters used the kitchen and found places to buy food. The fisherman enjoyed the dock in the morning. The talkers enjoyed the dock in the afternoon.
All had a lovely time.
This place was exactly what we were looking for. We loved having our own dock to relax and fish on. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! There was a great fire pit and a nice yard. The house was close to everything we wanted to do in the Dells. The house was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for our group of 8 (6 adults and 2 teens). Our group loves to play board games, and we enjoyed having a nice big kitchen table to do so.
