The home is one block away from The Plaza, where Charlotte's funkiest shops and best food is located. It's just minutes way from Uptown and everything that Charlotte has to offer. There is driveway parking to the left of the house for one car, and then additional parking along the street. It is a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors and plenty of privacy.

You'll be able to access the entire property including the outdoor screened in porch and backyard.

Privacy abounds with keypad entry you can come and go as you please. We live nearby if you have any questions but otherwise make yourself at home!

Convenient location with everything near by! There’s also a vibrant restaurant scene featuring comfort food eateries, barbecue joints, gastropubs and several popular ice-cream shops. Stores sell everything from consignment and vintage clothing to records and locally made artisan goods and jewelry. Get groovy!

Near everything! Uptown is a quick drive or cheap Uber/Lyft ride. Everything in Plaza is a super quick walk.

Cool Eclectic House

We stayed at the house for almost 3 weeks and it was the perfect location for our purpose. We very much enjoyed the large front porch and the quiet residential neighborhood. There is a dog park just a few houses down the street and we got to see all sorts of doggies walking back and forth in front the house. This is a very convenient location with many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The rental manager was extremely responsive to any needs we had. Would rent again.

Update Please!

This is a terrific property in dire need of some “freshening up”. We stayed for a long weekend while attending an event at the Spectrum Center. The location of the home is fantastic also close to many restaurants within walking distance. The manager was easy to work with and was very helpful during a short electrical outage. However, this home needs new furniture (current sofa and chairs are dingy and stained), area rugs need a deep clean and the mattresses should be replaced. If those things are done, 1415 Hamorton would be an outstanding place to stay!

Great Place For Family Time

Wonderful location and comfortable historic home ! We had a family wedding nearby and this place worked well. Would love to have been there in warmer temperatures to enjoy the back porch area. So cute! Our only recommendations would be to have the master bathroom’s trim outside the shower sealed /fixed , and get a new toilet seat . Also, get the sofa and dining room chairs cleaned . Thank you for a good time in Charlotte!
