A wonderful home - lovingly remodeled and beautifully furnished - in one of Charlotte's only historic neighborhoods that's a short walk to uptown. Easily walk to center city in 10 minutes, Bank of America stadium in 8 minutes, 3rd Ward Park in 3 minutes, and Frazier Park in less than 60 seconds.

The Space:
The neighborhood also has a lively downtown area with many popular bars & restaurants as well. A completely private in-law suite is also available if more space is needed (view my other Airbnb listings). This is a wonderful home located in Wesley Heights - one of Charlotte's great historic neighborhoods. It offers high ceilings, tons of sunlight, totally remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard is also fully fenced in, has a lovely stone fire pit (wood provided!), and a nice patio/deck with plenty of seating and a gas grill. The home has 3 bedrooms, but the large master bedroom actually has 2 beds. So there are 4 queen-sized beds in the home to easily accommodate 8 people. There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom in the home. The bathrooms are fully updated and remodeled. The full master bathroom is very large with a walk in shower and a soaking tub. You'll have access to the entire home. There is also a fully-detached and fully private in-law suite downstairs (it has a separate entrance with it's own backyard and privacy fencing) that can be rented at the same time to accommodate even larger groups - please view my other Airbnb listings to check availability if interested. There is a driveway (one car) and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed. I am available for questions or help at any time. Contact me as much or as little as you'd like :)

Check in went smoothly. Average home exterior with a nice completely redone, very clean interior. Within walking distance (approx. 0.9 mi) of Carolina Panthers stadium and (approx. 0.2 mi) from a nice paved walking trail. Had an issue with the TV which was caused by a power outage and was promptly addressed. We found the city of Charlotte itself to be easily drivable.

Lovely home

Lovely and comfortable home close to downtown. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed and our host, Jason, did a wonderful job in communication and making sure we had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable; loved the walk-in shower. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Charlotte area.

Amazing location near Up Town

The house is adorable and very nicely finished and furnished. It has a nice layout and plenty of outdoor space. There were lots of young couples with their pets in the neighborhood. The bathrooms were very nice and there were plenty of towels etc. Renters should understand that it is downtown and it can get pretty loud in the backyard with major roads near by. But it really was not a issue inside the house. The house could use some additional supplies in the kitchen, but other than that, everything was great!

Amazing house!

We were in town for a wedding in the city. The house was beautiful, clean and very close to downtown only 5 minutes to the wedding. The owners were very responsive and were able to fix a light issue within a couple hours. The check in and out process was a breeze and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying near downtown Charolette for a home like stay close to everything!

Amazing!

It was so easy to rent and the owner was very easy to get in touch with amd he was super friendly. The house was very clean and newly renovated. Everything was in good condition. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. The neighborhood was very quite despite that we were very close to a highway. It really felt like home.

Perfect Location But…..

The house was cute and clean and the location was perfect. I requested information on the apartment below as it was mentioned in the description, the owner never responded. The apartment below had been rented and they were very loud and loud well beyond “quiet time”. Had we not able to hear them…….5 stars all around!

Be careful when renting property.

The house was great and we were excited until we realize someone was staying in the basement. I knew there was a Mother-In-Law suite but I didn't know people would be renting it when we were there. That was not explained in the property information I received. I thought the Mother-In-Law suite for us if we needed extra space.

Convenient

We were in town for a wedding in downtown Charlotte. This house was conveniently located and we could have walked had we not been in gowns and heels! The house was immaculate upon our arrival and we had no issues gaining entrance to the home. Jason communicated with us in a timely manner from the pre-stay through the end. The only thing we felt lacking was the lack of televisions. There is only one tv. I think that should be prominent in the description. We are a sports tv family and it was football season!! That being said would rent again. Maybe just not during football season. 😀

Relaxing 101

Jason’s house is probably the cleanest VRBO property we’ve ever rented! Very hot water, plenty of towels, fantastic kitchen! Loved sitting on the front porch listening to the birds. Jason communicates very well — would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Two Day Stay

We were in town to see Creed at the PNC Music Pavilion for my son’s Senior Trip. Home was immaculate. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. There is also a very nice running/walking/biking trail nearby. Perfect way to take in the sites. Home has all the amenities you could possibly want or need. Would love to visit again if ever back in the area. Lovely home!
