Welcome to ‘Maison Andréa’, a magnificent 180 m2 residence nestling in the countryside, just a few minutes from the pretty village of Pernes-les-Fontaines! Come and enjoy the sunshine and gentle southern lifestyle with family or friends, by the pool... Up to 8 travellers can be comfortably accommodated in the 4 en suite bedrooms.



The villa is ideally located for visiting the magnificent Vaucluse region, at the gateway to Pernes-les-Fontaines, the Pearl of the Comtat Venaissin. This superb modern villa in the heart of nature invites you to recharge your batteries and experience the south in all its splendour. It is set in the hills, with lovely views over the surrounding countryside.



The owners decided to decorate the villa together, giving it a real personality, and the result is quite breathtaking. There's no impersonal, bland house here dedicated to transient rentals... Throughout the house, you'll appreciate the attention to detail that has made this villa a true haven for a luxurious stay that's both comfortable and elegant.

A bright living room and plenty of space for socialising

Let's begin our visit with the large living room, a convivial space with warm colours. Here, everyone will find a comfortable place to sit, on one of the two sofas with their soft cushions or in the armchairs.



This cosy space is flooded with light thanks to the large bay window opening out onto the garden. Here you can organise film evenings on the large flat-screen TV or take advantage of the Wi-Fi access throughout the house.



On the other side of this space is the open-plan kitchen, which is welcoming and modern. You can enjoy your meals on the beautiful wooden table or in the garden through the door leading directly onto the terrace. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for all your culinary fantasies: dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, grill, hob, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, toaster, etc...



The four beautiful bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests. The choice of natural colours and top-of-the-range bedding are your guarantee of a restful night's sleep. Two bedrooms are located upstairs: one with a Super King Size bed (2m x 2m), the second with 2 single beds (1m x 2m). The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor, including a master suite with bath and private terrace.



All the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with toilets: three of the bathrooms have large walk-in showers, and the fourth has a bath.

Through the large bay window, you have easy access to the terrace overlooking the superb 4,000 m2 garden with its Provencal accent. Topped with a curved roof, this shaded terrace awaits you with its lovely table for dining al fresco.



You can also choose to sit right next to it, in the garden lounge area with its armchairs and round wicker table for aperitifs, coffee or simply reading... In such an enchanting setting, any activity will be synonymous with ‘good times’!



From here, you can relax and contemplate the beautiful tiered garden in front of the house, with steps leading gently down to the pool and pergola below. The view is magnificent: nature, nothing but nature...



Make yourself comfortable in the deckchairs at the end of a day exploring the Provencal countryside, after a refreshing dip in the pool. A little way off the terrace, a small path leads to an authentic boulodrome between the trees, the perfect place to spend a lovely late afternoon playing pétanque.
