Your entire apartment of 19 m2 has a capacity for 4 people (including a bed 140x200 cm on mezzanine and a sofa bed adapted) - possibility to accommodate a family with 2 children. Renovated, cozy and warm, this one offers thanks to its small terrace, the rays of the sun all day long.
Features: Flat screen - sockets with USB ports. Kitchen with its complete pack for 4 people (plates - mugs - dishes - water glasses / wine - utensils ...) - electric plate (4 burners) - microwave oven & rotating heat / grill - toaster - coffee maker - refrigerator - vacuum cleaner.
The studio is also equipped with a clothes peg (pins), an extra ironing board and a steam iron (laundry available in Houlgate).
Finally for beach lovers, a folding table, landing net, bucket and small beach chairs are available.

The most ... go "LIGHT"! linen (bedding - kitchen & bath) is provided.
An umbrella bed is available for baby on request.
You will be able to park easily, a place of parking is at your disposal with locked gate.

Si vous aimez la plage ainsi qu'un proche et agréable centre ville, alors cette étape vous conviendra. En revanche si vous préférez rester dans la location attendez vous à une maison de poupée !

Charmant petit studio

Très bon contact avec Stéphanie soucieuse de votre bien être durant le séjour. Même si la mezzanine n'est pas adaptée à tout le monde car assez sportif pour en descendre, le studio est cosy et fonctionnel, idéal pour 2 ou 3.

Merci Catherine pour votre retour! le lit mezzanine est une version couchage assez sport, je vous l’accorde; ceci dit, selon le public celui-ci est plutôt très apprécié pour son coté un peu insolite!!! Un studio restant un pied à terre pour séjours relativement courts, nous proposons 4 couchages aux personnes avisées. A bientôt. avec grand plaisir
