Superb modern house of 2018 near shops and Lake Soustons. Fully equipped with 5 bedrooms for 11 beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. Kitchen open to the living room with American fridge, induction hob, tradition oven + microwave. Appliances, dishes and cutlery provided for cooking.
The villa is located less than 10 minutes from the ocean and the marine lake (quieter, ideal for toddlers). Close to Capbreton, Hossegor, Seignosse and Vieux Boucau.
The cycle path passes in front of the house and leads to the ocean through the pine forest.
Large terrace to eat outside, fenced plot and located in a very quiet dead end. Garage.
