Great location

Good size space for a long term stay. Enjoyed the great location where we felt we were really immersed in Nice village life.convenient to transport and a dip on the sea!

2 Weeks in Nice

Great location - walking distance to everything in the old town and close to the tram. It is on a busy street, but the bedroom is in back and was very quite at night. Host was very responsive and was able to accommodate an early check-in which was great after a long day of international travel.

Great location in the heart of old town Nice. The apartment is very spacious for a one bedroom. Bathroom is in need of a renovation. The shower door was broke, tiles were somewhat moldy etc. You also have to pick up the key from another location (though not far away). Would suggest for a short stay when you want to be in middle of old town.

Great Old Town location

Loved the location. Felt like a local. Just steps from tram and buses. Short walk to Port and the shopping on Jean Medecin. The apartment though in an old building is modern and comfortable. Everything you could need for a self catering stay is provided including fantastic guide books assembled by owner. Agency service was fantastic. We stayed in 1st week October and temps had started to drop at night. The apartment has no air-conditioning but fans are provided. Not sure if I would have been able to if we had needed to use them in the warmer months but that's just my personal experience of using fans at night.

Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und nett.Küche super ausgestattet.Alles sehr sauber.Die Terrasse im Schatten aber gemütlich und geräumigDie Lage ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten.

Un emplacement idéal

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement, idéalement situé dans le vieux Nice que nous adorons. Facilement accessible car au premier étage, calme une fois les fenêtres fermées, bien que donnant sur une petite rue animée, et spacieux. Tout était proche, la place Rossetti avec sa cathédrale, le marché Saleya, la promenade des Anglais en bord de mer, la Colline du château avec sa magnifique vue sur la baie des anges, et également le tramway pour visiter le reste de Nice, magnifique également. Les ruelles du vieux Nice regorgent de restaurants et boutiques pittoresques, un plaisir à parcourir. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Ce serait bien de pouvoir récupérer les clés plus près de l'appartement. Un torchon éponge pour s'essuyer les mains,dans la cuisine, serait utile, ainsi qu'un fond de cuisine (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre...).

Fêtes de fin d'année niçoises

Nous connaissons bien le vieux Nice que nous apprécions. La proximité des commerces et ses environs. Nice que j'ai connu en 1956 évolue, hélas comme toutes les grandes villes. Malgré cela nous y reviendrons. Un grand merci à toute votre équipe , jeune et dynamique que nous apprécions. Cordialement. La Ville du Vendée Globe ressemble quelque peu à votre ville.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Nice. Spacieux et bien équipé nous y avons passé un bon séjour. Le réglage des radiateurs électriques n'est pas évident. La cage d'escalier apporte du froid dans le logement.

Wer gerne einfach nur zur Tür rausgehen möchte um dann mitten im Altstadtgetümmel zu stecken ist hier genau richtig.

Mais attention plusieurs ampoules hs un lavabo bouche dans la salle de bain et douche a refaire sinon bel appartement trss bien situé pas besoin de voiture

Proximité des commerces. Situation positive du vieux Nice. Proximité promenade des Anglais. Service linge maison parfait .Nos compliments pour l'accueil et l'aide. Un point négatif toutefois, le restaurant situé en bas de l'immeuble est fort bruyant jusqu'à 3 heures 30 dans la nuit. Notre passage à Nice reste positif. Cordialement à tous. Confort salon. Vérification des bondes des lavabos et leur écoulement.
