New apartment (residence of 2018), area of 57m2, terrace of 10 m2 with unique views of the sea and the mountains, in a preserved area, wooded, and a great tranquility. The island of Elba, very close is under your eyes. The city reached in a few minutes is less than 3 km from the apartment. Covered parking under the residence.
