Pool and spa heating is available, but you will be responsible for utilities (electricity, water and gas) that exceed $400 per month. This varies on external temperature and what temperature you desire.

Loved our time at the Oasis

We really enjoyed the month we were able to stay at the Oasis! The house had everything we needed. It felt like home away from home. George was quick to respond to any questions we had and offer recommendations for restaurants. We certainly hope to be back soon! Thank you!

Winter Get a way

We enjoyed our two month stay at the Oasis. George and Leona are wonderful to work with and were quick in response to any of our questions or concerns. Location is perfect and easy access to all of Coachella Valley. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and wonderful back yard weather permitting. Was wonderful being able to meet our hosts and hope to return!

Great stay!!

This was a great stay. George and Eleanor are fantastic hosts. The property was as listed and George was exceptionally responsive to any little issues we encountered. The location was perfect for us …. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and easy to get to golf courses, shopping, etc. Would definitely come again!!
