1827 sq feet with vaulted ceilings. Spacious living room with sliding glass doors lead to great patio and pool area. Private back yard. Large
Master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, with large walk in closet and private master bathroom. Master is located on other side of home away from the other two bedroom which offers privacy.
Spacious second bedroom with plenty of closet space.
Nice size third bedroom.
Located just a few minutes away (walking distance) from Stater Bros, CVS and Starbucks. Credit and References will be checked. Call for appointment.

Minimum of 30 nights stay- prefer 1 yr lease. (this is not a short-term vacation rental). Call or email for showing.

A great place to stay, centrally located

We took a short break before Christmas to stay in Palm Springs and stayed in this great home. We have two children under 10 and they loved the pac-man game and table soccer too. The home was clean and spacious. The owner was very helpful and always available to answer questions. It really was a great place to stay and very close to down town Palm Springs. We will come again! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Simply perfect!

We loved this property. Super clean and bright. Pool is a nice bonus. The kitchen was a great place to hangout and plan for the day’s adventures. The property manager is amazing and professional. She explained everything we needed to know and answered any questions we had. She was easy to reach and super accommodating. Definitely would book again. Our dog loved the place as well!!!

Super comfortable home with plenty of room and games for all ages. i would definately come back

The home was not only spacious with a great floor plan seperating the master (making it private) from the other two rooms, but it was also VERY clean. the home offers everything you need but without any clutter . The pool is awesesome and the patio offers plenty of lounging space thats covered as well. the pacman machine and foolsball table were a big hit for the kids and us adults too. overall an amazing experience. the price of the home is very fair as well and we will definatley be returning soon. Alessandra was one of the most friendliest hosts and super attentive. If we had any questions at all, she would message back within a minute or two. top knotch service here. we appreciated ALL

Ladie’s Tennis Trip

The property is located in a nice area. The house is spacious and has a nice pool. Easy check-in and quick responses from our host. Suggestions that would have improved our stay would include updated linens, including sheets and all towels. Ensuring all overhead lights and lamps are in working order. Some upgrades in the kitchen including a new sink and glasses and dishes. Overall the house is quite dated , but the host is amazing.

Thank you for staying with us Robin. I was surprised to see your remark about the sheets as all the beds had brand new sheets. There were light bulbs in the utility closet. Wish you would have told me during your stay as I would if Of guided you to obtain them. However I do apologize that they went out during your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee something like that. The kitchen is a bit outdated, I do agree but this is why our pricing is priced accordingly. I believe if you check newly remodeled home, the prices are at least 20% more. Thank you for your feedback and kind words about me being an amazing host. Be well

Nice place….

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It is quite large and has lots of things to do inside. This is perfect in this Covid world. It is very close to Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage.

I have been hosting families and friends for over 8 years now on different hosting sites and have managed to maintain a 5 Star Super Host status and this is due to the fact that I very much enjoy families building memories with their loved ones in my home and do my best to provide a great overall experience for my guest. I love to travel, hike, and eat! I love trying various foods from different countries.

Why they chose this property

My neighborhood is centrally located so although it had a homie feel, it is just a few minutes away from cities that offer entertainment. Just a 10 minute Uber ride away.

What makes this property unique

Guest enjoy my home because of the spaciousness and openness of the layout of the home. It also offers several games including a Pacman Machine, Foolsball Table and other fun games. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house away from the other two bedrooms allowing for privacy. Additionally, the backyard pool area is very private with plenty of room to lay out.
