Easy to find. Comfortable with particularly comfy beds. Good kutcgen, well equipped. Warm in Winter with large log burner in lounge and free wood on site. The only slight negative (dudnt affect the two of us) is there is only one toilet and bathroom so if there are 6 people staying this might be an issue. Good price for our winter stay.

Charming winter getaway, Lovely accommodations with excellent amenities for a countryside retreat, The house is very warm with fantastic central heating, The real fireplace and included wood make it very cozy and easy to use, The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a great coffee machine and spacious fridge, perfect for whipping up local delicacies, The location is peaceful and quiet, The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, There's a fantastic bakery just a short walk away, It's a short drive to the city of Bergerac and various attractions and vineyards, The owner has limited English, providing a great chance to practice your French

Wir finden, dass dies ein sehr schönes und angenehmes Ferienhaus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung ist. Für uns ist es das dritte Mal (92012 und 2016), das sagt also genug. Der großzügige und schöne umzäunte Garten sorgt außerdem dafür, dass kleine Kinder sicher sind und der Garten ist auch ein Eldorado für Hunde, die den Hof nicht so einfach verlassen können.

Leuk huisje met alle benodigdheden, super rustig en mooi gelegen, grote volledig omheinde tuin waar de hond naar hartelust kan rond snuffelen. In een woord zalig. Enkel jammer dat het zwembad nog niet klaar gemaakt was, daarvoor waren we een weekje te vroeg.

Op en top huis met Frans karakter! Alles wat je nodig hebt is er, de tuin en het zwembad maken het plaatje compleet. Super vriendelijke huurders dat zelf aan kleine attentie dachten van een natje en een droogje. Er wordt ook aan de dieren gedacht als je ze mee hebt. Als je tot rust wilt komen hier moet je zijn. Rustige omgeving op kwartiertje rijden van Bergerac. Wij raden dit zeker aan en keren zeker nog eens terug!

Het verblijf op zich was best wel aangenaam. Het enige wat ons tegenviel was de netheid van het huis. Wij hadden geboekt omdat het volgens eerdere beoordeling zeer net zou zijn(kindjes met allergieën). Dat vonden wij dus niet. Verschillend keukenmateriaal was bijv. nog bevuild met etensresten.. Over de eigenares valt zeker niks te zeggen. Was zeer vriendelijk en attent! Het huis op zich is niet heel geschikt voor kleine (kruipende)kindjes wegens verschillende tredes(valgevaar).Mss voorzien van traphekjes..

Als je een retro beleving wil van een huisje is dit je kans. Een likje verf over de vele bruine delen doet wonderen. Badkamer is nog in de jaren 70. Verder heeft het huis ruimte, een lekkere tuin met zo'n voldoende zit mogelijkheden.

We kwamen aan en kregen een hartelijk ontvangst van Monique met een rondleiding en enkele gebruiksaanwijzingen i.v.m. het zwembad, er stond een flesje bubbels, regionale koekjes en een fles Multi vruchten op ons te wachten, nadien kon onze vakantie beginnen, een typisch frans zuiders huisje waardoor het binnen koel blijft ook als het buiten echt warm is. naast het zwembad is er ook een ping pong tafel en een kast met spel artributen. in het dorpje bouniagues is er niets te beleven hou daar rekening mee als je liever een iets levendigere plaats wenst. rondom het huisje is er overlal begroeiing wat soms een beetje jammer is want daardoor heb je geen uitzicht

Gezellig , volledige rustige omgeving wat goed voor je is. Mensen zijn vriendelijk, met alle voorzieningen wat je op vakantie nodig heb. We hebben veel genoten van de overdekte barbeque , ook als het weer iets minder was. De tuin is volledig afgezet, zodat een viervoeter rustig kan rond hollen in de tuin. Fietsen zijn beschikbaar in het huisje alsook de ping-pong tafel. We hebben er zeker een leuke vakantie gehad, ook al zat het weer soms niet mee. Mvg Hanssens - Balcaen

Heerlijk ruim huis met geweldige voorzieningen: zwembad, geweldige buitenruimte met overdekte buitenkeuken met barbecue, en zelfs twee fietsen tot je beschikking. Houtkachel voor koudere dagen (naast gewone CV) met gratis hout. Sympathieke eigenaresse die beschikbaar is wanneer nodig en onzichtbaar wanneer níet: prima dus.

fijne warme ontvangst, vroeger aangekomen (10u voormiddag) maar verwittigd, mevr ...

fijne warme ontvangst, vroeger aangekomen (10u voormiddag) maar verwittigd, mevrouw heeft ons vriendelijk ontvangen, er stond brood, koffiekoeken, water en een flesje bubbels klaar. Een heel rustige omgeving, op een bepaald moment, als de vogeltje zwegen hoorden we echt niets. Het zwembad was te delen met de eigenaars maar die hebben we daar niet gezien. Zondag zijn we met hen en hun honden een wandeling gaan maken, ong 10km, en we zijn slechts 2 auto's tegengekomen, zalig!
