Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Mickael begrüßte uns sehr freundlich und auch, wenn es mit der Sprache etwas schwierig war, kamen wir mit Google translate super zurecht. Er war in der ganzen Zeit immer schnell erreichbar und reagierte auf Fragen. Das Haus ist in dem Inserat korrekt beschrieben. Uns gefiel sehr der Platz draußen, wo unsere Kleine spielen konnte. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Straße und ist folglich sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum nächsten Strand sind es 12 min im Auto, 7 min zum nächsten großen Supermarkt. Ein kleines Geschäft befindet sich direkt im Ort, ebenso ein Bäcker. Sollte ich noch mal in die Vendeé reisen, würde ich das Haus erneut buchen.

Sehr schöne Gegend, Haus ist ok und ordentlich. Der Nachteil: Der Rasenmäher in der verschlossenen Garage verbreitete einen starken Vergasergeruch im Haus. Nicht sehr nett. Außerdem machte uns der Besitzer einen beschädigten Stuhl verantwortlich, den wir nicht einmal berührt hatten. Das hinterließ bei uns ein sehr schlechtes Gefühl. Fazit schönes Haus, seien Sie sich des Eigentümers bewusst.

Maison bien équipée et bien située

Nous étions en Vendée pour une semaine avec notre fils de 8 ans. Cette maison est très propre et très bien équipée . Il l y a un grand jardin entièrement clôturé et le quartier est calme. Elle est située à proximité des plages ( env. 10 min en voiture), c’était parfait pour nos vacances en famille. Le propriétaire est très agréable et disponible. Nous reviendrons certainement lors d'un prochain voyage en Vendée .

Fijne week vakantie gehad in een mooi huis. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en was erg schoon, goede bedden ,een mooie tuin met schuur voor de fietsen. Voor rustzoekers een ideale plek. Het is heerlijk fietsen (elektrisch) in de omgeving ,leuke plaatsen en mooie zandstranden.

Un joli petit endroit pour les vacances

La maison est située dans un nouveau quartier calme d'Avrillé. C'était très propre et bien équipé. Les installations sont de qualité. Le propriétaire était d'une politesse exceptionnelle et a expliqué de manière très détaillée les installations individuelles pour une utilisation correcte. Il était également très ouvert aux recommandations mineures. Le jardin et la terrasse étaient très bien entretenus. Malheureusement, le garage et la buanderie ne sont pas à la disposition du locataire et notre équipement supplémentaire a dû être rangé à distance dans la cabane de jardin à l'arrière de la maison. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bel endroit pour passer vos vacances et nous ne pouvons que recommander votre séjour là-bas.

Het onthaal was zeer vriendelijk. Zeer mooie accommodatie, grote tv, ruime woning, moderne keuken.Rustige buurt. Ongeving ideaal voor fietsers, strand zeer dichtbij. Als ik dan toch een minpunt moet geven dan is het ontbreken van wifi. Zou een meerwaarde zijn.

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux et prévenant. Le propriétaire c'est montré disponible et très sympathique. La maison est charmante et confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme qui régnait là-bas. Prendre un petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au soleil sans un bruit quel délice ! La région regorge de possibilité d'activité. Notamment les magnifiques plages alentour (nous recommandons la plage du rocher à Longeville sur mer pour son côté naturel et jard sur mer où il y a toujours de l'ambiance en soirée) mais aussi les nombreux parcs (le Puy du fou en particulier). Un magnifique séjour que nous ne sommes pas près d'oublier !

We werden heel vriendelijk onthaald door de eigenaar van de vakantiewoning. We kunnen niks negatief aanhalen wat betreft de accommodatie, alles was picobello. De woning bevindt zich in een heel rustige omgeving, je kan er genieten van de stilte en op korte afstand kan je heel veel gaan bezichtigen. Een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Fantastische accommodatie. In het huisje is alle confort en alles tot in de details aanwezig. De eigenaar geeft een zeer duidelijke uitleg en vult aan met ervaringen van vorige bezoekers. Wanneer we de eerste avond een klein probleempje hadden met de televisie was de eigenaar binnen de 5 minuten aanwezig met een oplossing. De directe omgeving is zéér rustig. Soms is het muisstil. Informatie voor activiteiten en uitstapjes is beschikbaar in het huis. Ideale fietsomgeving met heel wat beschreven fietsroutes. Wij hadden een fantastische vakantie!

C'est une bonne maison Een prima en nette vakantiewoning met alle benodigde voorzieningen, met zorg onderhouden door de eigenaar. Avrille is een goede centraal gelegen uitvalbasis voor dagtripjes naar diverse bestemmingen, wij hebben ons 2 weken prima vermaakt. Aan te bevelen!
