About this property

Direct Gulf Front Condo on Sand Key - 3 bedrooms/2 baths - Steps to the beach!

Our slice of paradise is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo (1400 sq ft) which features an inviting patio to watch spectacular evening sunsets. Our condo is located in a residential building and therefore is not a resort but is a quaint residential community. Belleair Beach is a small, upscale beach community located just south of Clearwater Beach. Minimum 30-day rental per HOA rules.

Features include an open floor plan with easy access to the community pool from the walkout patio and located a few short steps from the beautiful beach. Bedrooms are large and include one king bed and one queen bed, both with walk-in closets. The third bedroom/den has a twin bed with trundle and dresser. The master bedroom has direct views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our condo is fully equipped for long stays and is located directly on the beach, with ocean views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom and only a few steps to the beach and community pool. Please note: Community pool is only heated upon request during the winter season and when meteorological conditions are met. Pool is NOT heated continuously. *No Smoking or Vaping inside or on patio *No Pets

All supplies to enjoy sunny days on the beach are included with rental: 4 beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler.

We are a beach-loving family that enjoys spending time at our beautiful beachside condo on Sand Key. This is our second home and we wish to share our condo with those who will love it and care for it as much as we do.

A piece of paradise!!

The condo was well appointed and spotless when I arrived. The view was beautiful, the sunsets were absolutely spectacular. Connie and John were gracious hosts. A bag of Timmie’s, delicious cookies and a greeting card were there when I arrived. The only issue was getting the TV working. John stayed on the phone with me until fixed. Great hosts!!

We are a beach-loving family that spends weekends and summers at our beautiful beach condo on Sand Key.

Why they chose this property

Our condo is located in Belleair Beach, a quaint beach town a few miles south of Clearwater Beach. It's a quiet residential community so it's very peaceful yet close to the lively beach towns just north and south of us. Just over the Belleair causeway is Belleair Bluffs, where you'll find upscale shops and restaurants, grocery stores, hair salons and spas.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is just a few steps to the beach and can be accessed from the walk-out back patio. No need to take an elevator or front door to access the beach. It's very convenient!
