A lovely apartment in a lovely place.

Recently renovated, this apartment was wonderful to spend time in. The kitchen facilities were outstanding with everything you need to cook. The lounge and TV were great and the rooms were spacious and nice (there were only 2 of us staying in total). Didier was very nice and helped us out over email despite not being there. Would love to stay again.

Très bel endroit ! Location tres fonctionnelle , jolie bien équipée répondant parfaitement aux attentes . Réactivité +++ avec l’agence et le propriétaire qui est fort sympathique . Séjour en septembre 2021 La Capte 84

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, location vraiment très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, climatisation et un espace devant la maison pour déjeuner), belle salle de bain, belle cuisine, location proche des commerces et de nombreux restaurants, proche de la plage à pied. C'est une très belle région. Location à conseiller.

Recommendation pour cette location

Cet appartement est très bien en surface habitable et très bien agencé. Il est très propre et très grand, idéal pour 4 personnes. La cours fermée est grande et à l’abri du vent quelque soit l'orientation (Est ou Ouest). le propriétaire et l'agence ont été très sympathique et arrangeant sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Hübsch aber laut

Vorteile: - Strandnähe (200 m, nicht 50) - Hübsches Ambiente - freundlicher Eigentümer - neues, schönes Badezimmer - neue, schöne Küche Nachteile: - die Müllabfuhr kommt jeden (!) Morgen zwischen 4:30 und 6:30 und fährt direkt am Schlafzimmerfenster vorbei. Mit offenem Fenster durchschlafen ist unmöglich. - die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt am Meer, wie behauptet, sondern 200m entfernt - der Allgemeinzustand (außer Küche und Bad) ist ziemlich abgewohnt: fehlende oder verschimmelte Wandbilder, eine der drei Außentüren klemmt so sehr, dass sie unbenutzbar ist, Schrammen an der Wand, abgenutzter Fußboden. Alles nicht sooo schlimm, aber für Den hohen Preis nicht okay. - Parkplätze gibt es zwar (vor der Tür manchmal, 100 m entfernt oft), aber eben nicht direkt zur Wohnung gehörend - Kanalisation sorgte in den ersten zwei Tagen für einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch.
