1 kitchenette equipped with small fridge, dishwasher, combined oven and microwave, hob 2 induction -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
Upstairs, under the attic:
1 double room with a queen-size bed 2 persons with duvet, with sea view -
1 room with 2 beds 1 person with duvets, with sea view -
ENERGY CHARGES INCLUDED. Recent bedding. Enclosed courtyard/ terrace. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Heating oil. Parking space. Washing machine. Terraced house. Bike shelter with 4 bikes available (2 adult bikes and 2 bicycles 10-12 years). Simple comfort. Maintenance and painting status: average.
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 small dog month of 7 kg), deposit by bank card and optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).

Logement bien situé, calme, accès immédiat à des chemins vers la mer. Quelques bémols tout de même: Propreté de la douche peut être améliorée Annonce évoquant un lave linge séchant, qui finalement est un lave linge classique La housse du clic clac mériterait un petit rafraîchissement Je déconseille la location du linge de lit qui s’avère être du linge jetable, peu écologique et onéreux pour la qualité

Salle de bains et mobilier obsolètes, vétusté du meuble SDB,

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix eu égard aux désagréments du séjour: pas de cintres ni tringles de penderie (robe ? chemise ? ) , verres à pieds entartrés (difficile de déguster un vin blanc ) , 1 mini-tabouret pour poser quelques affaires de toilettes à coté du papier WC ! Tirer mini 3 fois la chasse d'eau après un passage aux toilettes .... Odeur persistante de mazout provenant de la chaudière de la cave où se trouve le lave-linges ... Bref difficile d'apprécier un endroit qui n''est plus du tout aux standards mini de 2020

Merci de votre retour. Cette maison est de confort simple mais les problèmes d'odeur et de chasse d'eau n'avaient pas été mentionnés jusque-là. Nous en ferons un retour aux propriétaires afin d'améliorer ces points. Le service locations vacances.

Logement correspondant à nos attentes avec toutes les commodités, comme à la maison. Agréablement surprise lors de notre arrivée. Endroit calme au coeur de la côte de granit rose, au départ de jolies balades à pied, à vélo, ou en voiture. Une très bonne semaine
