Our 2 bedroom apartment is located on a hill with spectacular views of Kata and the Andaman Sea. The condominium is in a protected complex with 4 communal outdoor pools and part of Santosa Detox and Wellness Center.

Space

Our apartment is ideal for 4 people, 2 couples of friends or a family.
There is a deckchair and a seating area on the balcony, ideal for sipping an aperitif.
The living room is comfortably furnished, television and speakers to listen to your favorite sounds.
The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and an electric kettle.

Price included:

- All linen and towels are provided
- Wireless

Excluded rate:

- Electricity costs 5THB / 1 unit (kWh).
You can expect to pay around 200 THB per day for normal daily use.
We will take a photo of the official counter upon arrival and another photo upon departure. We will ask you to settle this bill before you leave.

However, if you leave the air conditioner on while you are outside during the day, you will likely have to pay an additional 200 THB. We have implemented this policy to avoid waste and contribute to a greener and healthier planet.

Cleaning service is available on request for 600 THB.

Early arrival:

Check in time is 3pm. If you want to arrive earlier, please ask us. We may be able to welcome you earlier depending on availability.

Guest access

The whole apartment is yours. There is no one else to share with.
There are 4 outdoor pools within the grounds. 2 of them a few steps from the apartment.
As the apartment is part of the Santosa Detox and Wellness center, you can walk to the gym, yoga center, juice bar and vegetarian restaurant.
There is free covered parking available.
A free shuttle service is available 3 times a day to take you to Kata Beach and vice versa.

Other things to note

Families with children or babies are welcome!
A baby cot, a baby chair, a safety barrier, a baby bottle sterilizer and a stroller are available on request and at no additional cost.
We can organize the transfer from the airport directly to the apartment (1000 THB) where we will be waiting for you for check-in, any time of the day or night.
