About this property
Charming air-conditioned town house near St Guilhem le Désert
Our house, with a surface of 160 m2, is located in the heart of a village in the Hérault Valley, near Saint Guilhem the desert and Gorges de l'Hérault, easy access (A75 motorway) and Montpellier is 35 km away.
The first owners were architects: they built this house ten years ago on the ruins of two old sheds, which they have kept for some walls the stone walls, which gives it a real stamp, although it is a recent house . Unlike most village houses in our region, it has an outside (a small courtyard in front, another behind) where we like to eat our meals on sunny days; bright, with beautiful volume, on 3 levels, it has a beautiful living space overlooking the terraces, 3 bedrooms (plus a very large office where it is possible to put a double extra bed or 2 single beds ), 1 bathroom and a shower room, 2 separate toilets.
The icing on the cake: in the back patio of the house, is a real pool, with teak terrace, small but very pleasant in the hot hours (the pool can be heated).
The neighborhood is very quiet, and the advantage of being in the heart of the village is that you find all shops and services nearby 5 min. walk.
