You'll be 5 minutes from the sea and the city center of the Croisette and the Festival Palace by car, and 15 minutes on foot.

It has free parking , air conditioning, ironing facilities, garden furniture and sun loungers, and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Your pet may be accepted upon request and at no cost.

The equipment is top-quality. It's very well-equipped with brand-name appliances and hotel-quality (new) bedding.

The bed measures 160 cm in the bedroom and 140 cm as a sofa bed in the living room.

You have a very large HDTV with international channels and free Netflix in the living room, as well as a flat-screen TV in the bedroom.

Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi , and shaded parking for a large car are available right in front of the apartment.

This accommodation is furnished "by the owner," so you'll have everything you need for your comfort during your stay. Upon arrival, you'll find a welcome gift and a kit with the essentials to get your stay off to a good start (coffee, tea, oil, salts, spices, toilet paper, tea towels, etc.).

Your bed will be made upon arrival, you will have towels provided, and upon request and for an additional cost, I can provide you with 2 large beach towels, as well as an umbrella.

If you wish, you can book a cleaning lady during your stay, paying her directly.

A booklet will be provided for information on accommodation, tourist activities, and good restaurants. Please specify your arrival time a few days in advance.

A surcharge will apply for any late arrival after 8pm.

Please note that the accommodation is located on a small hill, so there is a slight incline of approximately 30 meters if you walk.
