This spotless and tastefully decorated studio + 1 bedroom upper level space is truly one-of-a-kind. Enter into a bright, spacious, lofted upper level flat that will make you feel as though you are stepping into the cover of a magazine.

The skylight and abundant windows allow brightness to fill every corner. The shiplapped walls, cedar furnishings and modern cabinetry are a few of the eye-catching features that are accentuated by the daylight.

Indulge yourself in the plush, king-size canopy bed. Draw the black-out blinds on each window and snuggle in for a good night's sleep.

Travelling with a few more people? No problem! The custom twin bunks located in the separate bedroom will be sure to impress. A wardrobe provides ample space for storage in that room.

Comfort is a priority for us, which is why each bed is adorned with crisp, white, cotton sheets and plenty of pillows.

The bathroom was designed with you, our guests, in mind. Spa-like touches can be seen throughout, starting with the double sinks and LED mirrors. A custom tiled glass shower with dual rain-heads, powerful body sprays and a hand-spray will draw you in and ensure that your hygiene is better than ever! When you finally step out of the shower, feel free to don your luxurious bathrobe.

Settle into the comfortable armchairs in the seating area to visit or to watch shows and movies on Netflix with our 40" LED smart TV. Cable is also available.

Prepare snacks and simple meals in the gorgeous kitchenette or order in and enjoy the comfort of eating at your home-away-from-home. While we do not offer cooking appliances within this suite, we encourage usage of the BBQ on the lower patio. Also take advantage of the convenient in-suite washer and dryer.

*NOTE: This space does not include an oven or stove. The only appliances included are a dishwasher, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and kettle.

Enjoy the warmth and comfort of in-floor heating in the cooler months, accompanied by a 2-sided gas fireplace. The air conditioner can take the edge off in the warmer months and is a rare find in vacation rentals.

Parking access is a few steps away on the rear lane gravel parking pad. Enter into the beautiful backyard and continue up the stairs to your private, 150 sqft, sunny upper deck. Lounge there or enjoy the dining table or BBQ on the lower shared patio.

We, Casey and Brittany, have put our hearts into this property and have truly tried to make it into the type of space that we would choose for a vacation, work trip or visit to Calgary. We are confident that you will see why we love it so much!

We, Casey and Brittany, live in Calgary, Alberta with our four young children. We absolutely love this city! The daily views of the Rocky Mountains and the rolling hills that the city is built on is truly exquisite in every season.

Casey owns a plumbing company in the city and Brittany is a Registered Nurse at the Alberta Children's Hospital. We are inspired by older homes in great neighbourhoods with good bones and are passionate about turning them into something special. We would love to share our creations and love for hosting with you!

Our crew enjoys being active and spending time with friends and family. We love to be outdoors and always enjoy a new challenge. Our lives have been a whirlwind over the past few years and we have enjoyed every minute!

Why they chose this property

We have always loved the community of Varsity. It is located in the NW quadrant of Calgary, which is usually viewed as being more established and affluent than other areas. This property is in close proximity to many institutions and events that may draw guests to choose our suites over others.

Real Estate is something that really excites us. Brittany is skilled with finding homes that have heaps of potential and Casey is amazing at turning our dreams and visions into realities. We do nearly every bit of the renovations ourselves and do them with style, function and safety in mind.

This home had tons of unique character and plenty of natural light. The location was ideal and the neighbours were kind and friendly. How could we resist!? We hope you can see what we see in this property and can enjoy it immensely.
