This house, located in Saint-Front-de-Pradoux, is ideal for 8 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a shared pool from 10 May to 30 September, a furnished garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, in the garden.
The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 including a double bed, and 1 including 2 single beds, The bathroom is fitted with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The house features a washing machine, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and a jacuzzi.
Note that tourist tax is included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 2 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are allowed. The owner lives near the property.
A jacuzzi access is available for 4 people maximum on request and for an additional fee of 40€ for an hour at the price of 40€ . The jacuzzi is not located inside the property and is available by reservation only. Pets strictly not allowed.
