Will contact owner regarding temperature in apt. It was very warm when we arrived and all acs taken out. Then it turned very cold 40 degrees and there was no heat . Very very cold in apt. Will not stay again if this is not remedied.
The property is a small but spacious apartment. Street parking is not ideal but can be found. The apartment was clean however not stocked overly well. Many coffee cups but no water drinking glasses. The headboard in the smaller room needs to be changed or cleaned. And that bed sounds as if it was going to break Everytime you sat on it.
Communication with the property owner could have been better. I had to call the morning of our check in for details. I dont think I would have been contacted until just before check in had I not done this.
The area is not terrible but all around it is a little sketchy. If you are not comfortable in downtown larger cities this is not for you.
Overall ... Our personal experience was fine. It served it's purpose.
Just a quick weekend in Baltimore and this rental was in a desirable area. I had locals to show me around, but even without that help this neighborhood is extremely walkable with a lot restaurants and things to do very close nearby. The apartment was clean and spacious. Perfect for groups of friends or families. Would definitely stay here again.
The property is in a great location and was clean and true to the listing. The back porch was nice plus, as it is not featured in the photos. Make sure you bring our own towels and wash cloths, that was our only issue and it is a small one. We would stay again!

Nothing like the pictures - water filtration damage in ceiling
The floor was cracking and making noises everywhere. There is a visibly water filtration damage in the floor in one of the bedrooms. The smell of the place was like cigarettes. The bedding was super old and ….
We ended up leaving after the first night and renting a hotel room.
I can’t believe a place with such damage in the ceiling was rented. I started caughing and my nose got congested.
The manager of the property prior to us arriving was always very proper and on time.
I had too many things in my head to deal with a complaint at that time but I for sure will not rent this property again.
Everything was okay since we we’re only there a short time for a funeral. The only issue I had with the place was there was no locks on the bathroom or bedroom doors. I like my privacy as does my husband, also the walls are really thin I heard when the neighbors came home and left by them slamming the doors to get them to close. Other than that it was a decent place for a reasonable price and wouldn’t mind staying again as long as there are locks out in.
Primary for this stay was proximity to family. A 5 minute walk with Hopkins security on corners. Property manager was very responsive for any issues (minor). Be sure to check out the charming bakery around the corner on 28th. Easy walk to St Paul for groceries and take out.

Alot of space to move around if your there for work travel with colleagues or small family, having kitchen is a great. The unpleasant part was hot water, someday there was none and someday it’s working.

The place was exactly as presented. Everything was clean and we had no issues. Would stay again!
Great location for walking Johns Hopkins campus. Easy to find on street parking. My family really enjoyed the views of the lovely neighborhood out front. Very tastefully remodeled.
We will stay here again when visiting Johns Hopkins!

Disappointing
upon our arrival the rooms were very hot. we turned on the 2 small ac''s and waited for the space to cool off. the one bedroom did not even have air conditioning. after about an hour my husband said he could not spend the night as it would be very uncomfortable. he started calling around to hotels in the area to book our stay for the weekend. I notified the owner that we left and he did get back in touch with me that he could bring over another AC and that we could come back. we had already booked our stay at a hotel and paid for our 4 day stay there. my take was if the owner knew it was so hot in the unit why didn't he provide this extra AC to begin with. As my title said a Big Disappointment. an as far as providing linens there were only 2 towels for 3 people. Really?? I would have thought that at least a portion of the prepaid stay could have been refunded. there was a cleaning charge on the bill and All we did while we where there was sit on the couch and watch TV while we waited for the room to cool off. it was left in the same condition as when we arrived.
While the place and location were alright we ran into many problems. We had to reach out to obtain the check-in and check-out instructions. Some doorknobs were not on the doors, we kept getting locked in rooms luckily I was not alone I would not have been able to get out. The bathroom door didn't lock. There were also cockroaches. Besides that we had an amazing time at this location. Honestly, would probably stay again!
I got this place for my 18th birthday weekend and it was amazing great neighborhood, great food near by and the unit was so cozy!! definitely recommend
The property was very nice to stay. I was in and out quite a bit as I was helping my daughter move. One night she stayed with me and we had her future in-law's come and have supper there. The room accommodated all 5 of us comfortably until they left.
Place is very clean with a few fresh towels.owner is very nice and answers any concerns quickly and effective. The parking is perfect and entry to the property is pretty smooth
