RECENTLY RENOVATED WITH NEW CARPET, PAINT, LIGHTING AND DECOR!

Our luxury condo is a two-bedroom, three full bath located on the 3rd floor of the B building of Beaver Creek Landing. The unit has been recently renovated with new carpeting, paint, lighting, decor, dishwasher, toilets, washer/dryer and bath and kitchen amenities.

It has a large living room which has two fold out couches and 10-foot ceilings. Sleeps up to 8 people. Three full baths makes room for everyone to get ready easily. Includes stacked washer and dryer, floor to ceiling gas burning log fireplace, cable television with WiFi. Ski-in Ski-out via Lower Beaver Creek Express high-speed quad lift; ski locker room with boot warmers and walkout access to lift; outdoor jacuzzi, pool, fire pit and fitness facility; on-site ticket office and ski rental; underground parking; dial-a-ride service app and much, much more. In addition we are one of the few building in BC that is air-conditioned for those staying in the summer.

Perfect for us with two separate bedrooms and baths and a very comfortable living space. Great location. Deck and barbecue. Pool, hot tubs (Rented in August). Workout room. Covered parking. We enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful property. It may not be in the Village but it is close enough for a short bus ride or drive ( about 6 minutes). Great showers and washer and dryer. The whole place feels upscale as well as large and spacious .The property management was very easy work with and very responsive. I would gladly stay here again.

Very convenient to ski slopes. Large ski lockers with direct access out to chair lift. Kitchen was fully stocked. Property manager very easy to communicate with. Three full bathrooms with plenty of space for everyone. Thank you for sharing your ski house with our family. We loved it!

The apartment has a great location. Large floor plan with lots of space. Only callout is the bunkbeds in room 2 are small and really for children. Also would not call this condo renovated. Furnishing is fine but definitely not new. Overall great value!

Perfect rental for experienced skiers!

Everything was super convenient… the locks are all on a code, so people can come and go as they please without having to worry about who has the key… the ski lockers have space for ALL the gear and keep it out of the condo. The gym was adequate. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals a day! Ski-in/out was great. Location was awesome to hit apres at the Ritz and then ski home… but beginner skiers would need to ride the shuttle to get to the lesson area / bunny hill their first day (very easy- one stop and the shuttle comes 4x /hr).

Great condo & great location!

First time staying in Beaver Creek area ... so was happy to be so close to everything. Can walk into town, etc. and beautiful Nottingham Park with tons of activities & concerts. Condo was well furnished & was great to have 3 full baths with 2 bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked with amenities & also had lots of toiletries in bathroom which was great. Owners checked in with us on many occasions. Parking was great & having dumpsters on site was also really nice for garbage. Loved trolly carts at your disposal for unloading! Will be back!

Spectacular Condo

Everything about staying in this. property was ideal from the moment we checked in until we checked out 28 days later. This condo has simply everything you will need with a very well stocked kitchen which we utilized every day. The condo had plenty of sheets/towels and there was so much room and closet space for additional guests. Being so conveniently located to Avon, Edwards, and Vail made this property most desirable and offered us opportunities to explore the valley daily. The owner was always available and responsive if we had any questions during our stay and made the stay seamless. If you are looking for a home that offers everything you might need for your stay, look no further as we loved this property and will return.

Easiest ski in/ski out location with awesome amenities !

Beaver Creek Landing is the perfect location for a no hassles family ski vacation. Getting on the mountain could not have been easier - lift ticket sales and equipment rentals are located right on the property. The lift is just steps away from the building and there is never a line to get on. The unit is beautiful and very well stocked with all the necessities and then some. The ski storage lockers located in the basement of the building are spacious and the locker room is very nice ---makes getting ready and wrapping up a day of skiing very easy. All the amenities on property are extremely clean, very well maintained, and never crowded. Beaver Creek Landing Amenities included heated parking, free bus rides throughout Beaver Creek, workout facilities, awesome hot tub, out door fire pit and game room! It take a lot to coordinate and get a family of six on and off the mountain each day and this was by far our easiest adventure over the past 10 years ... plus the mountain offers a complete range of skiing to accommodate beginners to double black diamond trails.

Awesome place to stay!

We had the best time! We came for spring skiing with my husband, teenage son, and 2 of his friends. Everything was very clean and well stocked with more than we usually have. This condo is absolutely beautiful and the third bathroom was great with teenage boys! It was great to step outside and right onto the lift. The buses were easy and often when we wanted to go into the main village. It was so nice, we cooked in most evenings and enjoyed our family time together. The boys loved the hot tubs and we all played pool and foosball in the lobby. Our hostess checked in with us several times to make sure we were having a good time. Her detailed information and directions were much appreciated. This place was absolutely perfect for the best week at Beaver Creek we could have asked for. Highly recommend!!

This was our first time skiing at Beaver Creek and it definitely did not disappoint but what made it an even more enjoyable vacation for our family was this wonderful condo! It was exactly what we had hoped for with plenty of room and a perfect ski-in/ski-out location! This condo is so nicely maintained and has everything you could possibly want for your time spent there. We also very much enjoyed having the ski/boot lockers!! Thank you for such wonderful accommodations, it was very memorable for our daughter’s Senior trip!

Amazing rental property!

This is most definitely a true ski out and ski in location that is steps away from the building’s ski locker room. This condo was nicely furnished and decorated, clean and quiet. The steam shower in the master bath was nice for relaxing after a day of skiing if you choose not to relax in one of the two outdoor hot tubs on the property. There is also the outdoor heated pool, the outdoor gas fire pit, the exercise room and billiard and foosball tables at the property for guests to use. This is a great location as it’s a quick and easy trip for all the shopping and dining experiences in Beaver Creek, Vail, Avon or Edwards, just to name a few. It was nice to take the complimentary shuttles to get around to Beaver Creek Village, Vail Village and Avon so parking would not be an issue. The heated underground parking at this rental is very nice to have. We did not encounter any negative issues with renting this property and would definitely love to rent it again for our next visit to Colorado.

The unit is lovely and comfortable, great for family or friends. The kitchen is usable and well-appointed. Skiing home across mountains was a delightful way to end the day, and the gear room has a clubby and convivial atmosphere. Spring skiing 2021

We had a wonderful time staying in Diana’s condo at Beaver Creek Landing. We have been skiing during Spring Break for the last 10 years and this was the most convenient setup yet. Rented skiis next door and skied to lift directly from ski locker door, The lockers were bigger than any we have had allowing us the leave everything in the lockers. You can tell Diana cares about her guests by how well stocked the condo was. Thank you for a great rental for our ski vacation.

Location: Excellent. 3 minute drive into Avon for dining and grocery store. 3 minute drive up the mountain to either BC Village, or Ritz/Bachelor Gulch. We never waited more than 5 minutes for Village Connect to pick us up and take us anywhere in BC. Ski in/Ski out: Great. Locker Room downstairs has all you need to store gear and a quick walk out to the lift. Condo: Excellent. Master Bath with steam shower is not to be missed. Great robes provided are a bonus to take down to the heated pool/hot tub. The kitchen had all needed condiments for cooking, a full spice rack, plenty of coffee and filters, plus a few other welcome surprises (adult beverages) the previous guests couldn’t pack to take home. The owner, Diana, was very helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great stay. We will be staying here again.

Avon Condo

This is a very nice unit with some quirks. The living room/dining room is a very nice size and works for larger groups. The downside is the layout of the furniture in the room. There is a large TV over the fireplace but it is very difficult to watch because of how the sofas are arranged. You are always looking sideways. The patio/deck is nice but the chairs are uncomfrtable. The master bed is dated and not very comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tubs are great.

Quiet with all the benefits of being a part of Beaver Creek. Free dial-a-ride shuttle can get you where you need to within the BC properties. All three mountains are easily accessible by skis or shuttle.

What makes this property unique

Lower Beaver Creek Express High Speed Chair lift is right out the back door and can have you skiing in minutes or the free shuttle can take a quick trip up the hill to the village for ski school. In the evenings use the "Leave the Beav" trail to ski to Beaver Creek Landings back door.
