Large villa in Ares, with large heated swimming pool (5mx9m), located 10 min walk from the city center and 15 min walk from the beaches.

Villa with an exceptional setting (facing south, without vis-à-vis, large garden, grounds surrounded by oaks, main bedrooms serving the terrace and the pool, etc.)
