Rent in all seasons apartment in Barcelonnette (04), Ubaye Valley: 20 Avenue du Grand Bérard. 2nd and last floor of a south facing chalet, located on hillside with breathtaking 180 ° views of the Ubaye Valley, 5 minutes walk from the city center, 300 m from the municipal swimming pool.

80 m2: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds - one of the rooms is very low ceiling), living room / kitchen very bright 25 m2, separate toilet, large bathroom / bath, balcony.

Located 10 minutes drive from the ski resorts of Sauze, Pra Loup and St Pons (cross country skiing) and 30 minutes from the family resort of Ste Anne. Shuttle transportation options (very common) from the center of Barcelonnette to the stations.

Equipment: 4 electric plates, oven / microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge / freezer, dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are not provided. On site, duvets, blankets and cushions.

Bon séjour dans appartement très bien exposé

Nous avons loué pendant la semaine de canicule . Avec quelques degrés de moins , nous aurions encore plus profité de l’environnement de cet appartement ,clair , avec une vue superbe , très bien équipé. Un bémol cependant sur le petit espace extérieur qui n’a pas pu être utilisé .

Avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée de Barcelonnette, cet appartement spacieux est idéalement placé. Etant donné la capacité d'accueil, une machine à laver serait appréciable, d'autant qu'il y a de la place pour l'installer. Les laveries automatiques des alentours sont saturées en période estivale.

Beautiful view of the valley

Nice stay visiting our son and daughter-in-law. Twenty minute walk to town. Kitchen well stocked and everything you need to cook a meal. Beautiful view of the valley. A bit confusing getting there as there are two identical addresses, one in Barcelonette and one about 6 minutes away. We went to the wrong one. Good communication with the owner and the person who gives you the keys so it wasn’t a problem. All in all, a lovely place to stay for a few days.

Logement parfait, fonctionnel , grand avec une superbe vue , nous avons passez un excellent séjour dans cette location (4 adultes et 3 enfants). Très bien situé à 10 min des pistes et 5 min de barcelonette , le compromis parfait pour nous. Excellent accueil à l’arrivée. A louer sans hésitation !!!!

Nous avions choisi cette location (15-24 juin) parce que l'annonce disait qu'une piscine était à proximité. Or la piscine n'ouvre que le 30 juin. Nous aurions aimé que cela soit mentionné dans l'annonce

Fietsgroep uit Nederland

Woning is geschikt voor 5 tot 6 personen (er kunnen 8 personen slapen maar dat is erg krap). Woning ligt op een helling en kijkt over de stad uit naar de bergen. Voor fietsers is de rit naar het huis steil, maar dat mag geen probleem zijn. Inrichting is gemengd jaren 50/60/70/80.

Appartement très agréable, spacieux et fonctionnel, avec une vue magnifique sur l'Ubaye. Idéalement situé, à moins de 10mn à pied du centre de Barcelonnette. Propriétaire très sympathique et réactive.

Des surprises dans le logement : pas de réel canapé dans le salon mais un lit ancien de 120cm de large donc pas confortable.

Bonjour, nous sommes désolés si le canapé ne vous a pas plu. Personnellement, nous aimons beaucoup le principe de pouvoir s'allonger le soir après une journée bien remplie et avons d'ailleurs un lit ancien de 120 similaire dans notre maison aussi. Nous venons d'acheter 2 autres fauteuils pour la salle à manger, mais nous ne pourrons les monter qu'après l'été. Nous espérons que malgré cela vous avez passé un bon séjour dans notre appartement. GENIAL!

Bonjour, Le séjour dans ce haut de chalet typique Alpin a été pour toute notre famille vraiment super! La description de l'appartement correspondait très bien à l'annonce et nous avons pu nous y ressourcer au mieux. Très fonctionnel et lumineux, avec un vue extraordinaire. Surplombant le splendide village de Barcelonnette, nous avons pu nous balader, aller au marché traditionnel, profiter de l'immense piscine ensoleillée (municipale), visiter les alentours, faire du vélo... Ce séjour restera un bon souvenir et nous espérons pouvoir y revenir.

Couple of 45 years with 3 children aged 10, 11 and 17. Sociologist and organizer of cultural events, we live in Luberon and bought this apartment in the mountain, because the view is a real postcard and the valley of Ubaye, in summer as in winter, is a magnificent, restful and serene place.

What makes this property unique

Located at 10 min from the ski resorts of Pra Loup and Sauze, 30 min from Saint Anne, 40 min from Vars. Magnificent hikes summer and winter alike. Rafting, rock climbing, any sports of mountain. Near the Collar of La Cayolle, one of the most beautiful and highest roads of France. Jazz festival in July, Mexican festival in August.
