You will love this 5 bedroom & 3 bath home located in foothills of the South Mountain Preserve. Trail heads to 50 miles of trails just minutes away. Hiking, mountain biking, & horse back riding are just a few of the amazing things to do. Two award winning golf courses - The Legacy Golf Course & Raven Golf Course are within minutes. 10 minutes to the Angels Spring Training Stadium.



We love this house! And we would love for you to enjoy it too!



The backyard is a true oasis with a stunning heated pool, hot tub, fire-pit and plenty of room to play. Incredible views from the backyard. Backs to a large neighborhood park with playground, sand volleyball, basketball courts and soccer field. Located in a wonderful gated community.



This 3700 sq ft home is very spacious throughout. Perfect home for a fabulous Arizona vacation. The kitchen is truly a chef`s dream with white cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances - including a gas range. There is a full bedroom and full bath downstairs. The upstairs has an oversized loft with plenty of room to enjoy movie nights. The master bedroom is fabulous with a newly remodeled spa-like master bath. The deep soaking tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. There are 3 additional bedrooms located upstairs that are very large. And a nicely appointed full bath.

*Trailers are not permitted. HOA is strict on parking.



The home is located in a wonderful gated community. The home backs to a large neighborhood park with playground, sand volleyball, basketball courts and soccer field.



The neighborhood park is a short walk away. If you are looking to explore the surrounding areas we recommend renting a car. Uber and Lyft are also available.

We were in town for a leadership conference. The house was perfectly located for everything we needed. It was a very welcome respite from the heat, the conference and the hustle and bustle. Felt like we were on vacation

Desert Sun Oasis was a great place for our annual guys weekend or any family getaway. The outdoor area with the pool, hot tub, sitting area and practice putting area was well used by our group of four. The living room and kitchen area was spacious and had plenty of seating. The bedroom and bathroom setup was outstanding for our needs as two of the four rooms had private bathrooms and the other two bedrooms had a bathroom close to both. Our real gem was the upstairs entertainment area with a huge couch and big TV which we used to watch Sunday football. Jessica was a great host who is responsive to the needs of her guests. If our 15 year running guys eeekend ever returns to Phoenix we hope to be able to stay here again.

Excellent home away from home!

We were in town for college graduation and this house was perfect! There were 10 of us including adults and children. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pictures depicted the house perfectly. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent! We also appreciated that there was a pack and play in the bedroom. Will definitely stay here again!

A Beautiful, Well-Equipped Home

The home was beautiful and well located in South Phoenix. It was also immaculate and lovingly decorated and provided a heated pool and backyard equipped with a putting green, small basketball hoop and a variety of pool toys for kids of all ages. The 5 bedrooms all had night tables, cozy bedding and closets/with hangers galore, and the 2nd floor family room offered Legos and a discovery table for kids.f I’ll Finally, tables in the kitchen, dining room and patio provided tables for all family get together. We will hope to return!

This place really was a desert oasis! We lounged by the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. It was also spacious inside, and very comfortable. The bathrooms were gorgeous. The primary suite is unreal! A very nice home and we were so comfortable there for a wedding weekend with family.

The property is beautiful and the aesthics were great. The taste in decor was wonderful, the home felt comfortable and inviting. The outdoor amenities, e.g., the waterfall pool, jacuzzi, etc. of the property provided something for everyone. The location provided easy access to the city and beyond. This was by far the most incredible house I have rented yet! It was very large so it was comfortable for our family members. It was clean, spacious and a great house for families! The hosts were great at communication and responsive. I look forward to renting again next year when we are in touw for my Granddaughters competition again!

Absolutely exceeded our expectations! The house was immaculate—spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed and more for our work conference, from comfortable workspaces to a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space to relax. Worth staying here

We had a family wedding and needed a large house. This is exactly as listed and enough space to spread out. We didn’t find the storage bin with pool toys and basketballs till the evening before leaving. I don’t remember reading about it in the house book but I may have missed it. We would’ve loved have those things. I only have one suggestion for the owner and it is there are no hooks for wet towels in the bathrooms. With so many people and several using the tub and showers it would be a nice addition. That’s it! Well equipped house with a keurig and coffee pot. Enough pots and pans, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. You won’t need to bring beach towels either. Beds are very comfortable which is important. Our littles loved the toys and train table. Overall we were so happy we stayed here. We would highly recommend.

We have lived in Phoenix, AZ for the past 10+ years. We absolutely love the South Mountain area. It is nestled in the foothills of the preserve and gives you a feeling like you are escaping it all and yet super close to everything. We now live in farther north and have kept this property because we love it so much! We want many families to enjoy it as much as we have! Geoffrey is originally from outside Pittsburgh and Jessica grew up in Park City, UT. Needless to say, we love the AZ winters! And actually the summers too!

Why they chose this property

This property is very special to us. It is located in the foothills of the South Mountains which gives access to beautiful hiking, biking and horseback riding trails. The backyard is gorgeous with a heated pool, hot tub, fire-pit, and backs to a large community park. Easy access to downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and the East Valley. Located about 10 minutes from the airport.
