Fully furnished, updated two bedrooms, two baths, fourth floor condo in Islands West, located in Longboat Key, conveniently across the street from a shopping center with Publix and CVS and near many local restaurants. Short drive from St. Armand’s Circle and downtown Sarasota. Kitchen has beautiful new granite counters and backsplash, master bathroom with walk-in shower is remodeled, and second bathroom has new floor, vanity, and bathtub/shower. Large master bedroom with king bed, full size bed in second bedroom, beautiful tile floors in entry area and hallways, beautiful hardwood floors in the bedrooms, living room, and dining room. Flat screen TVs in master bedroom and living room, WiFi, ample closets, wrap around balcony with Gulf views. Washer/dryer on the floor. Gorgeous grounds include a newly
remodeled clubhouse with a modern fitness room and library, tennis court, covered private patio facing the beach, and pool with Jacuzzi. Apartment is available for inspection upon request. Up to six months seasonal rental. On site management. Rate is $6300 month in-season (November-April), and $3200 month off-season negotiable (May-September), plus tax and fees. Utilities and WiFi included. Three months minimum required. One month security deposit.
