Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, ground level condo conveniently located right on the beach (only 25 steps from condo door to the white sand beach)!! With >1,300 sf. feet, there's plenty of room for the whole family - in fact, it's the largest 2 bedroom weekly rental condo on the Space Coast.

This beautiful & luxurious beach condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. You're days are longer with your private patio's south-facing sun exposure & you have a partial ocean view from your private patio. Comfortable sleeping for 6 with all the comforts of your own home including fresh pillows & high quality linens/towels. The master has a very comfortable king bed, the guest has a queen + full over twin bunk bed, and there's also a queen sofa sleeper.

We had a wonderful time. The location was excellent with easy access to the beach, and pool. The accommodations were very good as well. The property was close to restaurants, Irish pubs, CVS and cocoa beach pier. Highly recommended this property.

Perfect family condo

We booked this condo because of the proximity to the beach and the bedroom set up. It was perfect for grandparents and one other family. The condo was extremely cleaned especially considering it is a beach property. Everything was as described with beach chairs and boogie boards. Hosts were communicative, offering lots of local information. We hope to return.

This was our second stay with Sandcastles and Happy Palm. The condo fits our family perfectly! Close to the pool & beach access, excellent shopping & restaurants nearby, and even got a chance to watch a rocket launch! Our stay was to short as usual however, we look forward to our next stay!

We want to come stay here at least once a year!! In the exact same room! Love loved it! Only critic/suggestion …Please consider buying a replacement front loader washer and dryer. The current ones need to be retired as they don’t reflect the condition of every other appliance and positive features of this home.The center plastic agitator roughed up our clothes we washed and the large rust patch in the dryer where protective coating should be also roughed up our clothes and pieces of rust ended up on our cotton clothes.

Moderately updated condo with ample amount of space! Great accommodation for a large family! The large kitchen, seating arrangements and on-site laundry were a definite plus!! Absolutely amazing place! Full of everything we needed for our stay with 3 older teens. Only thing I could say was the floors were a bit dirty. The location to the beach was perfect and the condo on a whole was amazing! We will absolutely stay here again when we come back! Thank you!

Our Gulf coast rental was cancelled due to Helene so rented last minute. Couldn’t have asked for more in a weekend stay.. except maybe better weather due to Milton🌀. Can’t see the beach/ocean but great being on ground floor across from pool and steps to the beach

Wonderful Family Spot

Greatly enjoyed our stay! Great condo with plenty of room and necessities for a family. The pack n play available was extra appreciated as we were traveling with our young children. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The location of the unit to the beach and pool was so convenient! We would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends! Only things I would say could make an even better impact on guests would be an upgrade in bedding.

Nice condo

For the most part this condo has everything you need. We did find it warm at night (the thermostat can't be changed) so we bought a fan for the room and the master bed mattress was horrific. There was no support on one side leaving my poor husband with back pain and restless sleep. Not what you want on vacation but the owner told me he has already ordered a new mattress so hopefully the next renters get better sleep. We brought our small, blind dog with us but Cocoa doesn't allow dogs on the beach so we had to take her back home to visit with grandma. Not the condos fault but it could be mentioned that while the condo does allow animals, the county beach does not. Other than that, the condo kitchen was well equiped and the living areas were very comfortable and it's an easy short walk to be on the beach. We ate out every night and have to say the food was excellent. Grills in Port Canaveral, Long Doggers, Simply Delicious (breakfast) and Roberto's Little Havana (breakfast) were awesome.
