Balance is due in full 90 days prior to the initial date reserved. Cancellation 90 days in advance is subject to 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to the event and more than 60 days prior is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refund shall be provided for any cancellation less than 60 days prior to event.
