Die Wohnung ist in bester Lage in Dorf Tirol in einem Mehrfamilienhaus gelegen.
Neue Wohnung mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern, ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche, ein Bad mit WC, eine überdachte Terrasse und privatem Garten. Es ist Platz für zwei Fahrzeuge auf unserem Parkplatz.
Ein Schlafzimmer ist gegen Süden ausgerichtet und hat ein 180x200cm großes Doppelbett sowie ein Schrank, das zweite Schlafzimmer ist gleich eingerichtet, zusätzlich kann noch ein Zustellbett oder Kinderbett aufgestellt werden. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Dusche, ein Waschbecken, Toilette sowie Bidet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sowie Föhn sind vorhanden.

The apartment was very clean, cosy and warm. It had everything we needed for our stay. Enough space for our family of 5 people. The garden looked lovely with nice views. The hosts met us on the arrival and were very welcoming.

Super Lage und tolle Umgebung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Wunderschöne Natur. Wanderungen und Ausflüge können direkt vor der Wohnung gestartet werden. Sehr gute Wanderwege in der Nähe. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung (auch mit vielen Informationen zum Umland und den Angeboten aus der Umgebung) Nette Gastgeberin, und alles unkompliziert. Wir waren begeistert. Appartamento bello e confortevole

Appartamento bello, luminoso, ben arredato e rifornito di tutto. Giardino molto curato, privato ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Siamo stati molto bene e Katarina e suo marito sono stati molti gentili e prodighi di informazioni. Tirolo Dorf è un paese delizioso, in posizione strategica per passeggiate con splendidi panorami e si trova a pochi chilometri da Merano. Sicuramente consigliato!

Alles war super für uns drei mit Hund. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Wohnung liegt in Laufnähe zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Ein gemütliches kleines Gärtchen und ansonsten alles was man braucht, sogar ein eigener Parkplatz. Vielen Dank für den netten Empfang und eine schöne Woche!

Das Wichtigste zuerst: Es war 100%ig sauber. Die Wohnung war völlig ausreichend ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Der Garten war klasse! Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral im Ort, wenige Fussminuten von den Restaurants entfernt, selbst die Seilbahn ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Spar-Markt ist 2 Häuser weiter und ein Metzger mit Mini-Supermarkt liegt um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Da gibt es gar nichts zu meckern. Klare 5 Sterne!!

Schöne Unterkunft mit grünem Garten

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Katarina und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und haben uns wertvolle Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Das Dorf Tirol ist auch sehr schön und es gibt viel zu sehen in der Nähe.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und gibt viele Tipps. Außerdem hat sie für uns auf Anfrage die Handtücher auch unter der Woche zusätzlich ausgewechselt. Der Garten ist mediterran, lädt zum entspannen ein und ist nicht einsehbar. Da in diesem Jahr viele Mücken vorhanden waren , wäre zum besseren Lüften der Wohnung ein Fliegennetz o.ä. in der Terrassentür sehr schön gewesen. Eine Gästekarte, durch die man kostenfrei die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln u. Weiters nutzen kann, gab es nicht. Für uns war es nicht schlimm, da wir alles zu Fuß erwandert haben.

Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns und unseren Hund. Der private Garten bot ausreichend Platz zum Spielen und Entspannen, und die Terrasse war ideal für gemütliche Abende. Das Appartement selbst war modern und sehr gut ausgestattet – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die ruhige Lage ermöglichte uns, die Natur in vollen Zügen zu genießen, und die Wanderwege in der Umgebung waren einfach fantastisch. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt und konnte die Freiheit im Garten genießen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Insgesamt war es eine perfekte Wahl für einen entspannten Urlaub. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und in gutem Zustand. Hervorzuheben ist die Terasse mit sehr schönem abgeschlossenem Gartenanteil. Ruhige Lage. Kleiner Supermarkt in nächster Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend. Leichte Einschränkungen sind beim WLAN zu machen, Empfang schwankend.Das Gebäude ist typisch italienische Bauweise, das heißt etwas hellhörig.

Die Bilder sprechen für sich. Bei der Ankunft fanden wir alles so vor, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Immobilie ist in einem absolut tollen Zustand, durchdacht in seiner Bauweise und bietet mit seiner Terrasse und dem kleinen eingezäunte Garten genügend Platz und Möglichkeit zum Entspannen. Wir haben die Immobilie als Paar mit 1 Hund bewohnt. Die Immobilie befindet sich am Ortsausgang von Dorf Tirol in sehr ruhiger Lage. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es ein Carport, welches das Be- und Entladen enorm vereinfach und immer ein kühles Auto garantiert. Die Ausstattung der Immobilie lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ausflüge / Wanderungen nach Schenna, Meran oder in die freie Natur sind von der FEWO aus super möglich. Ein Supermarkt ist in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Hier gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarfe. Ein paar Schritte weiter kommt ein kleiner Shop, der sogar schon früher geöffnet hat. In 10 Minuten ist man von der FEWO zu Fuß im Dorfkern angekommen und kann dort zwischen unterschiedlichen Restaurants wählen. Der Service war ausgesprochen gut und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich, obwohl die Vermieterin Frau Katarina Rodakova selbst auch im Haus gewohnt hat. Frau Katarina Rodakova hat vor Anreise bereits Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen und nach der Ankunftszeit gefragt. Die Vorstellung der Immobilie war sehr professionell. Jede unserer Fragen wurde postwendend beantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und wünschen Ihnen Katarina alles erdenklich Gute für die Zukunft

Wir waren mit Hund zum ersten Mal in Dorf Tirol. Ideale Lage, in der Nähe kleiner Supermarkt und Dorfplatz. Katarina, die Gastgeberin war für jede Frage ansprechbar und die Wohnung ideal, angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen, uneinnehmbare Terrasse, ein Kleinod der Ruhe und Erholung! Sehr empfehlenswert!
