The Resort offers three 18-hole golf courses to challenge you at the low Resident's rates.

Unwind and enjoy the Resort's 2 Olympic-size outdoor pools, an indoor pool, 2 lap pools, multiple pickleball and bocce courts and tennis courts, 2 gyms and exercise facilities, steam and saunas, dance studio, 2 clubhouses and 2 restaurants. Our Golf Cart is provided for your enjoyment -- savings of $300+ vice renting.

One of the largest homes (3200+ Sq Ft.) on a premier golf course lot in the PebbleCreek Resort. The entrance to the home has a stunning high-ceiling foyer. Cozy up by the gas fireplace in the formal living room or indulge in your favorite shows on a 60-inch HDTV with free wireless streaming and Bose Sound Bar in the Great Room. Your Master Bedroom has a 40-inch HDTV.

Recent upgrades include new kitchen cabinets with granite tops and a granite island with a gas stove top. In the fully stocked kitchen, you'll find a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and more, allowing you to whip up delicious meals. BEAUTIFUL VACATION HOME

We loved our stay at this Pebble Creek home. We stayed for the month of March 2024 and it wasn't long enough! The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed or wanted. Along with the great weather, we were able to lounge in the back patio and watch the golfers try to make a putt. The golf courses were fabulous and having a golf cart available made for easy access to the facilities and the courses. The owners were great to work with and provided all the infomration needed to make our stay just like home! We loved it so much, we are coming back in 2025!

Outstanding property

Out of all the properties (residences, condos) that I’ve had the privilege of staying at this was, by far, the quietest and among the cleanest of them all. Everything the one could ever need is there, from appliances to extra linens to TV’s in the family and master bedroom. Felix was most cordial and texted me several times while I was at the property to make sure that I had all that I needed and was having a great stay. All in all, from my initial correspondence with Felix to the fantastic home and the follow up during my time there, it was among the most memorable vacations that I’ve ever had.

Wonderful Experience

Our month is quickly coming to an end.  My wife and I certainly enjoyed your home during this time. It was very comfortable and provided many hours of relaxation, especially laying out on a lounge chair and watching the golfers on the green.  A visit by our grandchildren for a couple of days was highlighted by touring Pebble Creek on your available golf cart. We did appreciate that added amenity. My wife and I checked out the landscaping and houses in Eagle’s Nest and Tuscany Falls. We would very much love to relocate to this ideal location. Our two of three adult children live just 5 hours from Pebble Creek in Southern California. Extremely convenient for quick visits, instead of driving 5 days from the Outer Banks of NC. We tried our hand at Pickle Ball which proved very frustrating at first.  My legs felt like lead.  Golf is more to my liking and physical capabilities. There is plenty of opportunity here to play any day of the week. You have been a good landlord and provided excellent onsite support through Joe.  He was extremely helpful in solving our secondary bathroom shower problem the first week. Should your home become available next year or 2013 during March and/or April please consider letting us know.  Thanks.

Wonderful House

This is a wonderful house in a great location. The property was very clean and well cared for. Owners Felix and Judi were magnificent hosts and very responsive to any questions. We were fortunate to meet them as they happened to be in town when we checked in. The house has everything needed, and is situated where the 15th green of the Eagles Nest golf course can be watched from the back patio. We had kids and grandkids visit during our stay and the house was perfect for having extra overnight guests. We would highly recommend this property, and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. Thanks Felix and Judi for a great winter get-away.

Great location and beautiful home

A very comfortable, clean and well stocked home. It had a beautiful view of the golf course with eastern exposure from the backyard. Whether you come to golf or just relax this is a perfect spot. Everything you could want or need in a "home away from home stay"

First......the owners are thoughtful, considerate and very accomodating people, PERFECT HOSTS!!! We could not find anything that is missing in this beautiful home. We had guests a few times, and everyone said the beds in the guest rooms were very comfortable. With three spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, everyone has their own privacy. The den/office has a desk that is two-sided, so it worked perfectly for us.......complete with a printer which worked great with my laptop! The home is very private and quiet. No one in the back yard except golfers, who are seperated by a large pond. So, no golf balls hitting the house or us while we enjoyed sitting outside!!!! We took advantage of the workout rooms and the lap pools at both clubhouses........beautiful and well maintained. We also attended many entertainment venues at the large, professional theatre on the Tuscany side.........first class shows!!!! There is no shortage of resturants within a few miles of Pebble Creek.......as well as the wonderful resturants within the gates. Also, if you are in the area during Spring Training Baseball season, there is a field about 5 miles away and others within a very close proximity to Goodyear. All in all, it's a perfect place to go and enjoy some quality time away from the hub bub of the city.......but close enough to go when you want. If you're into hiking, there are many hiking trails in the nearby mountains. Also, the charming old western town of Wickenburg is only an hour away. If you want to see some real cowboys and cowgals do some calf roping, that is the place to go! We highly recommend Pebble Creek and most certainly this lovely home that is complete in every way!

BEAUTIFUL VACATION HOME

We recommend this lovely home in Pebble Creek. We stayed here March, 2014, when the weather was just beautiful and we lounged on the patio and watched the golfers. The house is just as advertised -- beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The large spacious kitchen is well equipped and open to a great family room. We enjoyed watching Netflix on the comfortable couches in the great room. The master bedroom and bathroom are very large and there is even a walk-in closet that is huge! Pebble Creek has many amenities including golf, fitness rooms, pools, and restaurants. Although we are not golfers, we enjoyed riding the golf cart around this beautiful neighborhood. The owners are very nice to work with. The bi-weekly cleaning was appreciated. This is an excellent choice for your vacation home.

Incredible vacation home

We have been to Pebble Creek once before and returned because of the amazing amenities including five nine holes of golf, two fitness centers and two beautiful pools. The restaurants and bar areas provide delicious food at reasonable prices. Sunday Brunch is quite inexpensive and above average quality. It was an extra surprise to find such an exceptional accommodation. We spent the month of April in this lovely home. We liked it so much that we arranged to stay and extra 5 days in May! The house is quite large and impeccably clean. It is beautifully decorated with high ceilings and large spaces. The beds were perfect for us. There are plenty of towels in all bathrooms and a luxurious bathtub in the Master suite. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools, dishes and cooking utensils. The den was very well designed for two people to use Wi-Fi with a printer that was easy to use. The house backs onto the golf course with a wonderful but very private view. The backyard has a small fountain pool, nice furniture and gas barbecue. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the weather! We enjoyed the quiet location of this home. There was absolutely no noise from roads or neighbors. Use of the golf cart was a big plus for us. Pebble Creek allows residents to drive the carts within the community in both Tuscany and Eagles Nest. So you can drive to the fitness centers, pools and right onto the golf course. We left the car in the garage most days. The owners are very accommodating with relatives close by. If our situation allows we would not hesitate to stay in this comfortable and inviting home.

Just as great the 2nd time around

For the 2nd year in a row my wife and I spent our November vacation in this terrific home. Although we take full advantage of all the fun activities offered by the Pebblecreek community, it is hard to beat relaxing on the very comfortable patio, listening to the bubbling of the water fountain, and watching foursomes putting out on the 15th green,,,,, Makes any problems you have seem very far away.We will be coming back.

My wife and I just enjoyed a month's stay in this great home in PebbleCreek. It was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable vacations we have ever had. The community activities, the quiet relaxing location, and the welcome feeling provided by this beautifully appointed home far exceeded our expectations. We look forward to coming back and would certainly want to stay in this great home again.

This was the best house t...

This was the best house that we have had the pleasure to rent in the last 25 years. Every room was very well decorated. The master bedroom, kitchen and family room were spectacular. The living room and dining room looked like something you would see in a magazine. Every amenity including a golf cart was avalable for our stay. The views of the pond and golf course were great. The facilities in the community of PebbleCreek far surpassed most resorts. We loved the resort so much that we have since bought a house on the same golf course (45 holes). The owners made us feel right at home.

Why they chose this property

A gated community Resort is the premier golf community in Phoenix area with great amenities and close to Univ of Phoenix (Fiesta Bowl ) Football Stadium. The lot we chose to build our home was one of the premier lots with a small lake between our home and the a golf course green. Strategically we chose a home site with the back of the home facing east to provide for shade in the afternoon.

What makes this property unique

The home was built with an over-sized garage and we expanded the bedroom sizes. Golf cart ($350/month savings) included as an amenity for our guests.
