Residence Home Club 1 (2100m) is located in the heart of Le Lavachet village, less than 20 meters from shops and services (supermarket, bakery, pubs, restaurants and ski shops), 150 meters from the Chaudannes and Pâquis chairlifts that can be easily reached by foot.You can also use free shuttle buses to reach within 5 minutes skilift departure in Tignes le Lac or Tignes Val Claret. You'll particularly enjoy the view over the mountains and Grande Motte Glacier or Chevril lake and Grande Sassière. This 9-floor property has 3 lifts and private ski lockers. Paying public covered parking is compulsory and to be found 100 meters away. Surface area : about 21 m². 3rd floor. Orientation : South. View mountain (Glacier de la Grande Motte).
