The Residence Garenne is a property of 12000 m2 in the countryside 5 minutes from Chatillon sur Seine in a park and closed.
3 gites of 90 m2 on one level pmr, very comfortable and quiet are at your disposal with 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the living room for 2 to 7 people.
3 gites of 70 m2 on one level pmr, very comfortable and quiet are at your disposal with 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room for 1 to 4 people.

Arrivals are from 16h, possibility of scheduling an arrival from 9am following our availability.

Upon your arrival we will provide a remote control for access to the property. Thus you will be able to circulate freely 24 / h / 24 and in complete safety.

On site at the Residence, walk in private forest (13 ha). Circuit between 2 and 3 km.
In the village center (500m), small public garden with slide and swing, near the public garden, handball and basketball court.
For fishermen, the Seine passes 800 m. For catch fishing, several ponds in the area.

The Châtillonnais is north of the Côte d'Or, famous for its crémant de Bourgogne. At 20 km in the department of Aube, in the Champagne region, you will discover Troyes and its magnificent city center (70km). To the west in the department of Yonne towards Auxerre you will cross the region of Chablis (50 km), famous for its white wines.
To the south, you will visit Dijon (80 km) and you will take the opportunity to make the route of great wines of Burgundy (Gevrey Chambertin, Pommard, Nights St George, Meursault, Chambolle Mussigny, Aloxe-Corton, Beaune, Volnay
To see on the spot, the museum of Châtillon, the source of the Douix, the forest of Châtillon (9000 ha) with its health trail and its numerous walks by bike or on foot, its Abbey of Val des Choues and the House of the Forest in Leuglay (15km).
30 minutes by car, the museum and the Buffon Park in Montbard, the forges of Buffon, the Fontenay Abbey, the site of Alésia and the MuséoParc (animation for children), Auxois Park (zoo and park attraction). To discover also the village of Flavigny on Oserein, famous village for its factory of anise and its history. Guests can have lunch at the restaurant and its self-service inn "La Grange".
For gastronomic purposes we recommend the restaurant "The White Horse" in Alise Saint Reine and you will take the opportunity to see the Statue of Vergintetorix that dominates the entire region.
