SIX-FOURS LES PLAGES. Close to the Parc de la Coudoulière, quiet, 15 mn walk from the center of six fours and the beach, pretty part of mas completely renovated for 5 people (80m2) with terrace and small garden independent of 55m2. Private parking. Air conditionning. Very quiet and sunny location. 3 double rooms. Terrace/garden. Rated tourism 3*.
Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living room TV, open itself on a pretty sunny terrace, protected by a Pergola. Laundry and guest toilets.
1st: large double room with large bed (140 * 200), 1 sleeping rooms with possibility to put the mattresses on the same level (2 times 90 * 190). 1 sleeping room with sofa. Each room has a fan. Large bathroom/shower.
Deposite 500€
Booking Fee (48€) and tourist tax not included.
Rental of linen / towels (€24 per person) End-of-stay household in addition (95 euros ttc) mandatory. Household carried out according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health following the Covid-19 crisis.
