Exceeded expectations!

Fabulous location, friendly staff in the building, and a lovely condo with plenty of space. Near the pool/fitness center, trails outside the door, close to the bus stop, near restaurants- this place has it all. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location

We like the set up of this unit, it is very comfortable for a family 4. Nice furnishings, close to the pool. Would have liked a more open view.

We loved this condo. The 2 kids stayed in the loft, slept well, played in the morning until we woke up. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy to cook in . We did use the grill which was a plus! We had a few questions and the front desk staff and maintenance help were both friendly and responsive.

Everything was amazing. Upstairs did get toasty but we had fans thanks to the check in guy!! My only complaint: Check out experience was absolutely terrible. The older woman accused me of not notifying about my service and emotional support pets, when i absolutely did. She said i was in a not pet friendly room and said she will add a charge to my account. I made sure to filter for dog friendly when booking and even called before hand to check on the fees charged. I was so caught off guard. She didnt believe me and was persistent that i was in the wrong. It got to the point where i had to show my phone as proof that i indeed charged for the pet fee. She said she doesnt see it charged on her end and will charge me. I was in disbelief even after showing my receipts, she was rude to me and was belittling me. After 5 mins of back and forth, she realized she clicked into the wrong room to check out. Mind you, i gave her the cards in the envelope with the room number written in sharpie. I had an incredible time until i had to interact with the check out worker.

One of our agents mistakenly associated your party with another guest in a non-pet-friendly unit, who was also at the front desk . Upon realizing you were staying in one of our designated pet-friendly residences, she immediately apologized for her mistake. As many of our units are governed by specific owner contracts that prohibit pets, our staff maintains a high level of diligence regarding these policies.
