Has a lift (from the first floor), covered parking spaces and apartments are on the second or third floor.
The apartments are as follows:
Large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed
Room with double bed + 1 single bed
Room with two single beds or bunk bed
Bathroom with window and shower
TV-SAT, air conditioning and microwave oven
Large covered terrace, overlooking the promenade and square Copernicus (Minigolf)
The price includes a beach umbrella, a deck chair and a bed on the beach (from the fourth row on, for the first three you can pay an additional fee)
