Enjoy sitting on the open front porch, hang out and have dinner on the back deck, or take a dip in the fabulous community pool. There are three parking spaces in the driveway and Wireless Internet provided. So close to everything too... approx. 1 mile to the Park n' Ride, 1.5 miles to outlet shopping, Jungle Jim's amusement park and other area attractions. No Pets, No Smoking. Guest pays $170.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quoted amount on VRBO.

Great Stay for Family

This was a fantastic house for a family. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own area, and was very clean when we arrived. The owners of the property left little notes around which made it feel more like home. It was a fantastic house that we'd definitely book again. It was close to the beech/activities, and even had a pool right by it in the community that was great when you didn't want to travel. A favorite of ours turned out to be just relaxing on the front porch during the day, which was big enough for kids to play on. We also loved just sitting on the porch at night, relaxing from the day. We even had an issue with a lock on the door not working, and someone came out to resolve the issue quickly, and during a time that worked for our schedule. It was nice knowing we were taken care of. It's a fantastic property, and we can't wait to be back!

Great place to stay

Very nice place with plenty of space. The two master suites with their own bathrooms were a big bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a very short drive to Rehoboth Beach. We would definitely stay there again. The property was cleaned well when we arrived and you could tell this was a relatively new property. The only thing I didn't like was having to go to the rental office to pick up keys, and then drop them off when we depart. I try to avoid that by staying in places that are listed by the owner, but the property manager in this case did a good job of making that process relatively painless.
