The apartment is on the ground floor of the farm with private access. The apartment is pleasant and very organized. The area is 42 m2: it has 1 bedroom, a large living room with kitchen and a dining area and a bathroom.

The apartment is well insulated with underfloor heating.

The restoration respected traditional architecture and local materials: old wood, original beams and local stone. The style combines modernity and respect for traditions, as well as space and light. The facilities are new and of high quality. The insulation has been particularly careful and increases by underfloor heating.

“Les Perrières” are located in the hamlet of Vercland, less than five minutes by car from Samoëns, a pretty traditional medieval village in the Haut Giffre valley.

Too small ? : The farm is modular: either the entire farm up to 19 people: or two independent parts (for 14 people the chalet and 5 people the apartment).
We often have families and groups of friends coming and going. with a total of 15 to 17 people for the whole farm

The chalet is a real family house, which can comfortably accommodate 14 people on three floors, with large spaces to meet around the large and high (over 8.40 meters) Savoyard fireplace. Living areas allow you to play cards, watch TV on the mezzanine or even play the piano. Very spacious (approximately 280 m2), the chalet extends over 3 floors:
1) Ground floor:

1 large living room with fireplace (Savoy bourne) in the center.

Outside .....: In summer, direct access to a private garden with fantastic views across the valley allows you to relax in the sun or in the shade of fruit trees. A table and chairs are provided and allow you to eat outside.
