This warm, cozy, well-appointed townhome is located in the beautiful Tuscan-inspired community of Brava in Palm Desert. The home is in a quiet interior location within the community and does not abut Country Club Drive. When first entering through the gates you will notice the cobblestone streets and stone fascia architecture that gives Brava its unique Tuscan character. This townhouse is one of the community's most popular models as a single story with no one above, nicely upgraded throughout with a large private patio space and 2-car garage, outdoor fireplace, and fitted with solar panels for energy efficiency. Two well-maintained community pools/spas and a fitness room complete the package! This home is near Country Club Drive and Monterey Avenue, with easy access to many desert attractions and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and popular outlets such as Shermans Deli, Bristol Farms and Albertsons Grocery Stores, and a Starbucks.

Dogs are accepted at the discretion of the owner and must be house trained and crated if left alone in the unit. Excessive barking is not acceptable per the HOA.

Well appointed property

Loved staying at this property. It had everything we needed to make our visit great! The kitchen was very well stocked, which was nice because we enjoy preparing meals at home. Great floor plan and lots of space. Very nicely decorated. The outdoor living area was our favorite spot and we spent many hours out side enjoying the space with our morning cup of coffee and meals. The Brava community was great for us as we are retired and enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was. We met so many nice people there on our morning walks with our dog. Lauren, the property manager, was quick to respond to any questions we had, which was very nice. Can't wait to return next year!

Excellent home to rent

We have been coming to the desert for years and this was by far the best appointed home we have ever rented. The kitchen had all of the appliances you could desire and plenty of room to work. The layout of the home is ingenious as the bedrooms are on the North side of the home while the kitchen and living room on the South. Despite being a lower level townhome, the architecture is such that you are hard pressed to ever hear the upstairs neighbors. Due to the location of the home you will find the place remarkably quiet with no discernable road noise. Finally, the neighbors themselves were wonderful to us and the community incredibly dog friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! The check in process was seamless. The property manager was so responsive to our few questions we had upon arrival. The unit was sparkling clean and furnished with almost everything a home would need from bedroom and bath linens to kitchen ware. We look forward to our visit next year!

This is a well equipped home …very comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of start up supplies and beautifully furnished. Lovely quiet Tuscan style gated neighborhood with a great pool area. Central location to groceries restaurants and shopping. My favourite place to stay in palm desert.

Perfect Stay

We loved the gated Brava community for morning and evening walks. The pools are kept clean and at nice warm temperatures and its private and very safe to go during Covid as its never busy. We will come back in fall/winter!

Perfect home away from home

Wonderful from arrival to end. Any questions were responded to immediately. Property is beautiful and a few steps away from the pool. Quiet gated community close to grocery stores shopping and restaurants. El paseo is 10 minutes drive and albertsons and Ralph’s less than 5. Beautifully decorated and reminiscent of an Italian villa. Very comfortable beds and well stocked with all the necessities to make it home. Love love love it.
