Located in the heart of the St Pourçain-sur-Sioule vineyards, this rental is ideally situated for exploring our beautiful region. This detached chalet features a terrace with a semi-enclosed green space (1800m²), planted with cherry and walnut trees, forming a mini-forest where children can play while the older ones take a nap in the hammocks.
Ground floor: Living room, open-plan kitchen, fireplace, bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet. Laundry room (washing machine). First floor: 2 bedrooms open onto a balcony. 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 baby bed), bathroom (bathtub/toilet). Mezzanine overlooking the recreation room (2 single beds). Air conditioning on the mezzanine level.
Electric heating at an additional cost.
Access to the owner's above-ground swimming pool is available from 2 [hidden] to 6 [hidden] (June to August: 7.30 m in diameter; 1.20 m deep). Moulins is 35 km away. Vichy, spa resort is 28 km away.

Best features of the cottage: Sheets and towels provided. Free wood for the fireplace and barbecue.
First flight in a trike microlight: 50-minute flight for €90 and a full tour of the vineyard (over 1 hour) for €120.
As a microlight is, by definition, an ultralight motorized aircraft, regulations impose a maximum weight of 90 kg.
Flights will only take place in good weather.
