🍷 NEW to VRBO - Cozy Suite on Family Farm in Wine Country NOTL

Located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake Wine Country, our newly renovated basement level welcomes travelers to our family farm with:

- complete lower level
- 2 queen beds
- private living room & bathroom

Just steps from our vineyards & peach orchards and complemented by vineyard walking trails, WIFI, Keurig coffee, tea and instant oatmeals, and just minutes by car to downtown NOTL & Niagara Falls.

Our space is a newly renovated, open concept bedroom and living space in the lower level of our home. We are a short term rental that is legal, registered with our town and properly insured. Important to understand: we live upstairs and the space is connected by a locked door to our home. You will 100% hear noise from us, and it is a farm, so we wake early in the morning. We will always be as considerate as possible, but please do not expect complete silence.

NOTE: there is NO kitchen in this space (just a Keurig coffee machine, a filtered hot and cold water system, a microwave and a mini fridge).

** COVID - shared spaces cannot be used by guests at this time, which include backyard and pool.

Great getaway

This property is as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Owner was very nice and easy to deal with. It was a bit dark as a few light bulbs were out.

Great place to stay for exploring the Niagara area

Everything you need - big bathroom, two comfy beds, big selection of games, a TV, little kitchenette, and only minutes from the town.

Niagara on the Lake

The rental was perfect …..location wise, all wineries and Niagara on the Lake town all within 20 minutes. We came up for the wineries and they did not disappoint and the town is lovely right on Lake Ontario …our hosts were great, when I had a question it was answered very timely and efficiently. Getting into properly was effortless Walking around their private vineyards was a nice way to start the day. The property is well maintained and very clean. Would definitely recommend this rental property. Restaurants in old town and wineries are 5 star for sure. Another plus, if your a dog lover their dog Oswin is such a sweetie if you want some love if not he does not bother you

Lovely accommodation

Erica is an amazing host, super responsive and kind. Having her dog and cats around made it also super special to us as they came out to cuddle. Hope to visit again :)

I am a very proud Canadian, raised in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, where I now live with my husband on our family fruit farm with our children and our Great Bernese dog Oswin. I am a devout Roger Federer fan and in my free time love playing cards with my daughters, cooking, and taking Oswin on long walks.

My family has always been in the hotel business so therefore I have naturally felt drawn to working in the Hospitality sector. Meeting new people is something I love and feels organic to me! My education is in Business and in my late teens I was fortunate enough to partake in an International Management Program at Walt Disney World, studying their world-renowned training and hotel divisions.

This is our family home on our 2nd generation family fruit farm. My husband was born and raised in this home!

What makes this property unique

Our home is located in the rural part of Niagara-on-the-Lake, which makes it the best location for touring around the many wineries, yet not so far from the downtown to enjoy the world class Shaw Festival Theatre, Restaurants and Spas Niagara-on-the-Lake is known for. Many of our guests love to bring their bikes and cycle around our famous wine region!
