There are 4 bedrooms in our home: The Master Bedroom comes equipped with a very comfortable king size bed (3rd floor), the second bedroom on the 3rd floor has a bunk bed with a full-size mattress over under a twin mattress -there is also has a trundle bed with a twin-size mattress underneath the bunk, On the 2nd floor(Main floor) there is a bedroom with Queen size bed attached to full bathroom as well as a full kitchen (standard electric stove cooktop / oven, microwave/convection oven combo, dishwasher, fridge with water/ice dispenser.
Bed linens and related items (including sheets, pillow cases, comforters, pillows, blankets), twin and queen air mattresses are provided.
-This home is equipped with fast Unlimited Wi-Fi for your use- passcode on bottom of router in kitchen
-We have 5 flat screen high definition televisions, All are either smart tv's or have a roku making it a smart tv
There is Youtube TV pre loaded and available for your use on our Living room TV as well as Netflix loaded on all TV's you are free to sign into your own accounts as well
-There is an extensive collection of DVDs for your use with DVD Blu-ray player on 3 of the 4 televisions.
-We have 3 DVD Players and 2 video games (XBOX and WII) available for guests
-Extensive movie/DVD collection for use during your stay
-The Home comes with fully equipped kitchen with electric stove/oven, combination microwave/convection oven, and full electric standalone convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker/water dispenser. There are 2 types of coffee makers, 2 toasters, a blender. We also provide dishes, utensils, cups, bowls, pots and pans, toiletries, condiments, etc. Extra toiletries can be found under the sinks in any bathroom or in the kitchen
-inside Fireplace: There is an electric fireplace located in the living room that is operated by buttons on the top right control panel or with the remote control. The fireplace can be used as lighting without heat or with heater on as well.
-There is a self-inflating queen air mattress is in the downstairs bathroom linen closet. This is also where the extra towels / picnic blankets are located. You can set up the queen air mattress in the living room on first or second floor.
-The 1st floor game room you will find several board/trivia games. Several decks of playing cards. Chess/Checkers and bean bag toss.
-We have provided a charcoal grill that can be used as a grill or smoker on the first-floor concrete deck
-There is also a gas grill which sometimes has gas and sometimes needs to be exchanged
