single storey house - seaside - Oleron island
Our holiday home is ideally located for a family holiday. You will not need your car since everything is done on foot or by bike. The sea is at the end of the street ... At 300 m the sandy beach is supervised. Close to all amenities, and the daily market during the summer period and school holidays (one of the largest on the island). You will enjoy the lawned garden and its terrace with awning, equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue. A large bright veranda will allow you to take your meals. A spacious living room with kitchen / dining area / lounge. 3 BEDROOMS or 8 beds: room 1 bed 140x190 + 2 bunk beds 90x190 (children), room 2 bed 160x200, room 3 bed 140x190. large bathroom (shower and bath) - separate WC. 6 bikes available.
You will have the pleasure of spending good swimming, fishing and strolling on the bike paths by the sea and through the marshes.
