In a quiet and green residence, nest our Forestière,
only 20min walk from the city center and the beautiful beach of Hardelot. You will find, equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher), living room and stay of 25 m2, bathroom with large shower and beautiful master bedroom on the ground floor. On the floor, mezzanine with TV and sofa bed, and room with 3 beds .. In addition, you can enjoy a terrace facing south and a storeroom.

Excellent accommodation

In a beautiful setting, the cabin is small but perfectly formed and had everything you would need, albeit there were only three of us staying, which made the space perfectly adequate. Walkable easily to the beach and in a very quiet area. Facilities were fine, when I eventually found the corkscrew!, the lack of wifi was not an issue, 4G was very reliable. Hamide the property manager was responsive and helpful. Thank you Christophe for a very enjoyable stay, and thank you Hardelot for your amazing weather and beach, we shall return!

Ein schönes Fläckchen Erde außerhalb der Saison

Ein zauberhaftes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen in traumhafter Lage, im Oktober trifft man dort so gut wie keine Menschen, himmlische Ruhe im Pinienwald, allerdings war das Haus wirklich schmutzig und es roch übelst nach Schimmel, schade, dass es so vernachlässigt wird......!!!!

Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar. Ich bin jedoch überrascht und sogar verärgert, dass Sie ein Haus erwähnen, das nicht sauber ist. Ich weiß nicht, ob Sie in einem hygienischen Ort, einem Krankenhaus oder einem Operationssaal leben, aber es war mein Sohn Er war kurz vor Ihnen in der Villa und hat mir erzählt, dass er eine gründliche Reinigung durchgeführt hat, und die Fotos, die er mir geschickt hat, belegen dies. Wir befinden uns in einer sehr grünen Umgebung mit Kiefern, Gras und Humus, es ist kein Betonhaus Im Stadtzentrum riecht es immer ein wenig nach Feuchtigkeit, und das ist völlig normal. Nettes Ferienhaus mit Abstrichen

Ein eigentlich gemütliches, hübsches Domizil in sehr ruhiger und schneller Lage zum Strand. Leider müssen wir den Vorgängern bezüglich der Sauberkeit Recht geben. Das Haus benötigt eigentlich zwingend eine Grundreinigung in allen Ecken, der Bettbezug sah auch gar nicht gut aus. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass eine andere Auffassung von Reinigung vorhanden ist, da man es als "clean" bezeichnete. Gewundert haben uns auch die Tierhaare auf der Couch, da Tiere eigentlich nicht erwünscht sind. Während unseres Aufenthaltes funktionierte der Fernseher nicht (das wurde vorher bekannt gegeben), WLAN hatten wir auch nicht. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter/Hausmeister war ansonsten freundlich und unkompliziert. Es könnte sehr schön sein, wenn......

Eigentlich alles ok

Ja, es hätte ein bißchen sauberer sein können, aber was soll's, mich hat's nicht gestört. Es war ruhig mit netten Nachbarn und erholsam. Hardelot ist schon einen Aufenthalt wert und die Unterkunft: preiswert und nahe am Zentrum. Alles gut.

Bien mais...

Lieu sympa, dans un environnement très agréable, bemol sur la propreté notamment la literie ( couette sale et mauvaise odeur), chambre a l'étage mal nettoyée (mouchoirs, baton de glace), placards en désordre dans la cuisine...Un bon nettoyage et rangement seraient nécessaire. Remise des clefs très rapide, pas d'état des lieux...

Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire.Comme vous l avez constatez,dans un souci constant d amélioration,nous venons de changer notre meuble dans la cuisine par un large bahut ainsi que le canapé,par un modèle neuf plus confortable.Je mettrai prochainement les photos à jour sur le site.J ai moi même effectué le rangement dans ce bahut,il me semblait cohérent et pratique.Concernant la propreté,la couette et les oreillers sont neufs également.Quant au ménage et à l état des lieux,je fais remonter l information à la conciergerie qui en a la charge pour chaque location ,afin d y remédier au plus vite. une description peu précise

Malgré le cadre et l'emplacement parfait, nous aurions apprécié pour le prix de la location avoir un logement plus confortable (literie sale, moisissures, pas de rangements). De plus la description mériterait de précisier que le logement de pocède pas de connexion internet et que la TV/salon est en fait sur une mezzanine mansardée.

das Haus war ok, es könnte mit der Sauberkeit besser sein und auch die Einrichtung wirkt doch zusammengewürfelt. Alles in allem kann man dort eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit verbringen, die Entfernung zum Strand, zum Einkaufen oder auch zum Golfen sind sehr gut.

Séjour moyennement Satisfaisant..a déconseiller !

Nous avons contacté le gestionnaire juste avant : il est arrivé 45 minutes après notre appel et la visite du logement était rapide et sommaire. Le menage ne semblait pas avoir été fait (odeur de renfermé).Nous avons trouvé un mobilier très vétuste, des placards mal rangés et des boiseries qui auraient besoin d'un net rafraîchissement. Pas de clim ,ni de congélateur, ce qui aurait éte bienvenu avec cette chaleur! Les côtés positifs: une belle terrasse à l'ombre des pins (sauf l'après-midi) et une belle salle de bain fonctionnelle joliment décorée sur le thème marin. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la proximité de la plage et des commerces. La prestation n'est cependant pas en adéquation avec le prix demandé.Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette location.

Un environnement paisible sous les pins dans une verdure reposante très calme Finalement nous étions 4 adultes donc à notre aise dans ce cottage. Quelques réparations sont prévues car le logement en a besoin. Dans l’ensemble on a passé un chouette moment entre amis

Location à améliorer

Emplacement appréciable, environnement très agréable, à 800m du centre. Location agréable mais l’entretien laisse à désirer, grande vitre extérieure fêlée et rafistolée avec de l’auto-collant, , il faut amener ses draps et son linge de toilette, pas de Wifi. Nous avons néanmoins passé un séjour agréable.

Malheureusement la baie vitrée s est cassée quelques jours avant votre arrivée ,j ai fait de mon mieux pour ne pas annuler les locations ,mais comme vous devez le comprendre, on ne change pas des vitres de cette taille en quelques jours .Son remplacement,ainsi que la porte d entrée,sont prévus pour fin août.Concernant le wifi et les draps ,cela est bien indiqué dans les caractéristiques du pavillon et dans le contrat de location .Je suis désolé pour la gêne occasionnée,mais note avec plaisir que votre séjour fut agréable.Cordialement.

Charmante forestière très bien placée.

Très calme et à proximité du centre et de la plage. Tout se fait à 5 minutes en vélo. La terrasse est très sympa et la cuisine bien équipée. Tout est là pour passer un bon séjour avec ou sans enfant.

Erholung pur egal wie das Wetter ist - Merci

Das Haus liegt nahe am Ortszentrum in einer Anlage ähnlicher Objekte ruhig in einem Kiefernwald - es riecht wunderbar. Zum Strand, zum Bäcker oder Geschäften ist es nicht weit. Für deutsche Urlauber: Hardelot Plage kann man fast mit Kampen auf Sylt vergleichen, nicht ganz so mondän, aber sehr gediegen und gepflegt. Alles was man man im Haushalt braucht ist im Objekt vorhanden, sogar eine Geschirrspüler, auch Kinderspielzeug. Für schlechtes Wetter gibt es eine Elektroheizung. Man hat tolle Ausflugsziele in nächster Umgebung: Schloss Hardelot, Nautica in Boulogne oder Le Touquet Paris Plage ( dieses dann mit der mondänen Syltathmosphäre). Es war ein toller Urlaub . Danke M. Gellez P.S. Die Einweisung, speziell Müllmanagement, hätte ausführlicher sein können.

Excellent séjour dans un très beau logement

Excellent séjour pour la famille dans ce logement parfaitement entretenu avec une très belle déco marine....entre mer (6/8min à pied) et le début des parcours gr20 dans la pinède(5min). Literie hyper Confort et très belle salle de bain.Une excellente location à retenir.

Duftende Pinien

Sehr hübsches Domizil, liebevoll eingerichtet, umgeben von duftenden Pinien. Dennoch zentral und nah an der Flaniermeile und Strand von Hadelot-Plage. Kleiner Supermarkt, Tanken und Post in der Nähe. Tolle Ausflugziele sind Boulogne-sur-Mer inkl. Krypta und Basilika, Calais, Cap Gris-Nez an der Cote d'Opale, die Dünen und Montreuil-sur-Mer. Aufgrund Corona muss man viel vorreservieren, wie Restaurant und Museen. Das Nausicaa haben wir uns leider erspart, wegen des Andrangs. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!
